Good quality plate with strong suction
This stainless steel plate met my high expectations. Good quality, no scratches or any flaws on the surface. It has three compartments to separate the foods and is deep enough to comfortably hold small chunks of food such as cut up steamed vegetables. Glued to the bottom of the plate are three separate pieces of gray rubber suction, each piece large enough to cover its respective compartment. I tested out the suction by dabbing water on the entire rubber base. Then I pushed it down onto the kitchen counter… and tried to move it by pushing it firmly here and there. It did not budge. Great! The newborn babe in the family is not quite ready to sit in a high chair and feed herself yet. But when that time comes, this plate will be ready.I do have one specific criticism and that is the price. I realize that stainless steel products cost a little more due to its inherent superior quality. But still, I think they could have knocked off a few bucks. All in all though, not a bad buy and a good quality product.

So, can I get it wet?
This looks like a nice quality plate for babies, and it does have suction cups on the bottom as advertised, but I am confused. The product listing shows water being sprayed on the MR. CHOU Stainless Steel Baby Suction Plate and indicates that it is dishwasher safe. The instructional materials that came with the MR. CHOU Stainless Steel Baby Suction Plate, however, indicate that it is to be kept dry – see photo. One cannot keep a baby plate dry! Even if one hand washes (which is a no-go), it gets wet when used, unless used solely for dry cheerios and similar, but it is not practical to keep a baby plate dry.

This plate is great for my toddler. We try to avoid plastics so most of our suction plates are silicone, but the silicone absorbs odors easily and makes the food on it taste like soap. This is a fantastic alternative! It is bigger than I expected; itâs fairly deep and has a decent lip. Just make sure itâs not too big for your highchairâs tray. It just barely fits on the abiie highchair we have. The suction works well, a little too well sometimes lol. And best of all it can go in the dishwasher!

The quality of the plate is great the portion sizes are perfect but it does not have strong suction which is what I am looking for for my toddler who likes playing with her plates.

My favorite toddler plate with suction, stainless steel, and deep compartments
This is by far my favorite toddler dish – and Iâve tried a ton. I avoid plastics and recently gave up silicone plates too (bc the soapy taste lingers after prolonged use and silicone may not be the best with hot foods). I was looking for a good alternative to my silicone ezpz plates and this is it!Pros- super strong suction works on many types of tables- deep wells for holding more food- 3 compartments- stainless steelThis is very kid friendly, nontoxic, minimizes mess because of the suction and deeper wells, very sturdy, and nicely constructed. Worth the price.

Love it
I love the divided portions to help promote self-feeding. It helps my baby scoop up food individually and helps practice develop fine motor skills while eating. Ive been wanting a plate with a suction bases this is a game changer in the kitchen.

High quality, but i want better suction
This stainless steel baby divided plate is of excellent quality, with well-designed compartments of suitable capacity. The bottom features a suction cup to help secure the plate and prevent it from being easily knocked over by children. However, during testing, I found the suction power to be insufficient. My previous plate had the same issue with the suction not functioning properly.
