Love my haakaas
I have 4 and I loved them. I bought 1 with my first and it was a lifesaver while I was figuring out breastfeeding and pumping. For my second child I bought 3 more. I personally felt like it helped my supply especially on the days that my litte ones didn’t feel like eating their usual amount.

Works well to catch let down, not the best for pumping.I’m giving it three stars because it’s nice to have something to catch letdown when I’m nursing my baby or pumping on the opposite side. However, it can be painful to use and the flower stopper doesn’t work. It’s too easy to push through and falls out too, I definitely wouldn’t try to turn it sideways or upside down like in the advertisement photos.
