Excellent Playpen
I originally bought a slightly cheaper option from the same brand, but opted to buy this one with the gate. It took me a little while to put together, but that’s on me! I like how sturdy the playpen is and how easy the door gate works.

Terrible and no customer service to contact.
I should of read the reviews. A bottom and top bracket are broken. I had already put it all together so it would be impossible to take apart and put it in the box. I cant move it bc the hooks arenât latched in.

I bought a mat to go with this the same size and my baby currently 6 months is enjoying it. Very safe and lots of space to explore

I love the door, it makes it so easy to put my baby inside and out of the play pen. I like that when everything is locked together itâs a sturdy and solid. Donât have to worry about my baby escaping or knocking over the panels. Itâs great quality compared to other things on the market. Over all itâs peace and mind knowing there is a safe space for my baby!

Door assembly / part 4 came attached
Part 4 is listed as a separate part which would allow the gate cover to be over all the metal pipes. How we, part 4 came attached to part 3 and there is no way to remove and have it slide in the sleeve for the door. Hoping this won’t cause functional issues with door opening ) closing since it is on the side that opens. Could not contact seller direct so hoping this works to get feedback from them.

Difficult to put together and door not shutting
I have spent a long time putting this together–i got the configuration wrong and I’ve been unable to get it apart to fix it. The door does not latch shut in my current configuration.

The playpen is beautiful, i paid extra to get the one with the gate. However, the gate is hard to open, i should of bought the cheaper option..
