It’s alright, not the best, not the worst
The previous reviews are not joking when they mention how loud this thing is if you don’t have carpet or a rug. I just put a sock over it which helped muffle some of the bonking. However, I have to give three stars because it’s just ‘alright’. It’s not the best thing I’ve gotten my dog, but he likes it enough to be entertained for a few minutes before moving onto the next thing.The remote control is also a little odd to me. It doesn’t offer any real assistance or play, it just makes it convenient to turn the ball off and on without having to open it up every time. The directional buttons, to me, aren’t that useful. They can make the ball change its trajectory, but depending on your floor, it’s going to roll wherever it wants to go in the end so I don’t see a need to use the remote other than to turn it off.The different modes are nice, but in the end, it has too much going on for my dog to hold interest. He’s pretty hyperactive as well, so I was surprised when I have the ball on he gives me a look like, “the heck am I supposed to do with this crazy thing?” Which isn’t the manufacturers fault, it’s just my dog being picky.Overall, it’s cute, but there are better options out there. I’m not disappointed, but wasn’t as excited about it as I thought I would be.

Works good pup loves it and is always waiting for it to charge up and play again.
I love the idea of a remote ball. I like the bright lights on it also. The down fall of the product is that the ball will separate with hard play. I thought pressing C ( crazy mode ) would b noticeable but I donât notice it. Itâs not possible to change how much your dog chews ours chews and not a hole day into having it and teeth marks all over it. Oh well I just know to put it away when she is left alone, problem solved.

It’s okay
The puppy loves it when it’s working, but the battery doesn’t last all that long and it’s cheaply made and confusing to use. There’s a power button on the remote, but sometimes you have to take it apart to hit the power button inside. Or maybe hold it. Not sure when or why because the instructions are simplistic and uninformative. They say nothing about the onboard power button. You have to screw it together really tightly or it will unscrew on its own when operating. And the remote isn’t that powerful. Sometimes it just fails to work 5 to 10 feet away until you click multiple times. We used it the first couple of days, but now we just don’t use it much because it’s a pain to use. Might not be so bad if the instructions said something along the lines of “If it is unused for X minutes you must use the onboard power button” instead of me having to guess when and why I have to use it.
