Perfect for cats who stand to urinate

Keeps Floors Clean!
Use this as our travel litterbox for the car, and for use in our vacation cabin. Easy for our Ragdoll to use in the car, as we put it on the floor behind the driverâs seat. Top has many perforations, that keep the litter in the box! We have an automatic litter box in our main home, which we love, but this box was accepted quickly by our cat, and is perfect for travel, in small spaces, and where an outlet is not present. We also find it easy to clean. Keeps most odor in the box, as 3/4 of the box is covered. Still requires frequent cleaning though. Would definitely recommend. We found that the scoop that comes with this box to be too small, so we use our older scoop, that is much bigger, to clean this box. This is the reason we took off one star.

Better of two I tried, in every way
I bought two different top-entry boxes when I returned from years abroad with my cats. This unit is better than the other in every way.Sturdier: This litter box is stronger and less flexible than the other one I bought. I currently use clay litter, and tip the box in the long direction to loosen any “wall-pee” before scooping. This box flexes less and feel stronger.No mess: The inward hinge motion allows you to clear all loose litter on the lid back into the box. Other units with edge hinges that pivot the lid on the box edge dump their litter on the floor. The only fix is to disassemble the inferior litter box lid hinge every time and shake the lid off in the box.Less sticky surface: Wet clumped litter doesn’t stick to the inside of this litter box as readily as the other box I tried. It does still stick, but it releases more easily, often with a gentle shake of the box, or a tap on the outside wall. To be fair, the other box releases if I tap the wall firmly, but this one is easier.That covers it. This litter box is easier & faster to scoop & clean; makes less mess when cats leave loose litter on the lid (which is why we got this design — to force them to walk a step or two in a place that returns loose litter to the box instead of our floor); and feels like it will last.Bonus: It came with one of those (admittedly only slightly better than mediocre) litter scoops you see as free add-ons. It’s not great, but we just got back from out of the country, and it was nice to have one. (Though I prefer the Arm & Hammer scoop more)

The Best Litter Box I’ve Ever Purchased
These litter boxes are fantastic! The problem I’ve always had with short sided boxes is the amount of litter that ends up on the floor. The high sides of these litter boxes has completely eliminated that. My husband prefers the type of litter box that has a built-in litter strainer, but less litter on the floor is well worth the trade off. It also reduces the amount of wasted litter. They’re easy to clean and the small amount of litter that ends up on the lid goes right back into the box when you lift the lid.

Have cats that often urinate on the side, leaving messes trapped (if there is a cover) in the creases or outside the litter itself- this one is high enough and no such problem. I used it without the lid for the first 10 days until they used it exclusively and then added the lid. Odors are more contained and the lid which has grooves traps some of the litter stuck in their paws, so a win win for me! I now have 3 of these litters and they work really well and the area where they are is much cleaner than with other litter boxes

La caja es de buena calidad, el problema es que creà que era un poco más grande, mis gatos grandes no caben, asà que la dejé destapada y asà si la usan. Tengo otro arenero parecido a un lado, asà que les sirve como escalón para usar ese.Próximamente lo paso a un mueble que tengo, ahà si me sirve asà destapada.
