Cheaply made
I got this because it was pink and my Rottie stays pretty in her pink but this was a piece of crap. Barely retracted and the strap is not doable and it twisted up and got caught. This will not work for a big dog

Retractable mechanism not great, but sellers customer service is!
Let me start with the positive, this is very comfortable to hold and the color pink is really nice.The retractable mechanism on this leash is awful. It is nearly impossible to lock it in a hurry, and it consistently unlocks itself. I thought the one I received was defective so I returned it for a new one, the exact same thing happens.Update: the seller reached out to me after seeing my review. They were concerned about the issues and sent me a new one, which I just received. I havenât used it yet, but Iâm hopeful that the replacement will work as it should. Customer service is excellent. Changed my rating from one star to four stars because of the Customer Service.

Nice Size Leash and Comfortable Hand Grip
I have many retractable leashes, and this does the job but is not my favorite all time leash. It works, but the actual leash is not wound tight enough and is slower to retract than others I have used. Because of this, sometimes it drags on the ground or gets caught up in the pet’s legs or body. For the price you are getting a good retractable leash. What I like is that it has a poo bag holder and a nice sized clip. This is a bigger sized leash and is better for medium or larger dogs over 8 lbs. I ordered the yellow leash and love the color. This leash also does not have any reflective materials for safety when walking at night. Overall, the leash is good.

Love the colour and the chew deterrent extension; however, the leash does not retract reliably – it’ll get tangled on the way up. Super annoying.
