Do not buy for small dogs or if you want to turn the flashlight on in a reasonable amount of time
Too heavy and bulky. My two small dogs are terrified of it and if it happened to hit their head it would probably knock them out. Flashlight button is small and flush to the handle so itâs difficult to find and turn without stopping and searching. Should be a press and go situation.

I chose this retractable dog leash because I wanted a backup for my current one. I liked the shape of it and it does, indeed, feel good in your hands. The circular form means that there really isn’t a bad way to hold it and you can put any loop through it if you chose to go hands free. The leash also has an LED light that cycles through 7 colors about every two seconds and illuminates the surrounding area up to 16 foot. This feature comes in handy if you walk your dogs in the early/late hours of the day. The leash comes with a USB C cord so that you can recharge it, but if you are like me, you probably have several around the house. The length of the leash is 9.8 feet which may be just right for most but some may feel that’s too long, and some like me, may feel it’s a bit too short. Please note that this leash is not for dogs that are strong pullers or over 44 pounds. There is a rope lock switch that is easy to locate if you need/want to keep your dog on a shorter leash. The lamp switch is just a couple of inches below/above the lock switch depending on how you want to hold the ergonomic leash handle. I would recommend for purchase.

It’s okay, but the item description which says “16 ft Strong Nylon Tape” is misleading. I was particularly looking for a 16 ft long retractive leash, but the actual length is 9.8 ft. It says so in one of the pictures of the product page, but because of the confusing headline description, I believed it would be 16 ft long tape. Disappointed, but still usable.
