Gets the Job of Milk Nut Making!
It is an improvement from the previous nut milk maker I have. The old one was less noisy but didn’t perform as well as this one. This FOHERE 800-Watt power (motor) version does do the job, and I am glad to have it, although I do know there are better upgraded versions on the market, because my sister has one. Almond milk is one of my daughter’s favorite beverages. So, this small appliance is a hit with her and I. It has some really nice features, like Auto-Clean and overheat protection. Using the filter bag does take some patience, but the outcome is worth it. Honestly, I haven’t used it for other than Almond Milk and Milk Shakes, but there are many other things to be made using this small appliance.Overall, it feels well-built and steadily has functioned in making terrific nut milk, and since, I won’t be getting the nut maker my sister owns. I’m hopefully, this will have a lengthy longevity.

Nut milk from scratch!
While there are blender methods for making homemade nut milk, this machine cuts out a lot of soaking time and hands-on time as well. One minor confusion is that the recipe booklet says â60g/1 cupâ in the recipes but what they specifically mean is to use the included plastic cup that is actually about 80g if you fill it to the top; if I fill it to the top twice and measure it, itâs about 3/4 cup, so itâs a small cup that is nowhere near being 1 cup. Get past that and everything else is a lot easier. Iâve made the almond milk recipe multiple times and enjoy the results. Itâs far superior to what Iâd buy in the stores, though itâs also a much smaller amount; still, the convenience and quickness of making a small batch of almond milk is compelling. It probably saves a lot of money too since itâs just nuts, water, vanilla, dates, cinnamon, and sea salt, if you follow the bookletâs recipe. The solids left after straining out the liquid are perfectly reusable too: add them to a smoothie or dry them out and use them like almond meal.But back to this slick little machine, which can do so many things that Iâve barely scratched the surface with making almond milk. Juices, baby food, shakes, smoothies . . . You name it, this can do it. Itâs super quiet at times and then can be rather shockingly loud when itâs grinding the nuts, which is to be expected. Overall itâs very stable and doesnât move around even when it sounds like it might jump off the counter, and itâs as quiet as it can be to do what it does. Iâm always impressed at how it has chopped the nuts so finely by the end of the process!

A must have for almond milk drinkers
I thought this machine would be one of those things I use a couple times and then sits in the back of the cabinet unused for years, but I could not have been more wrong. I actually haven’t even put this away yet, it just lives on the counter. No more buying almond milk, I always make a fresh batch before bed and put it in the fridge for the morning. Incredibly simple to make: add a cup of almonds (make sure you use the included “cup”, as it is not an actual 1 cup measurement but much smaller), a splash of vanilla extract, and fill to the water line. That’s it! Set it to “room temp” and in 12 minutes you will have fresh, delicious almond milk after a real quick pass through an included filter to get the pulp out. I cannot say enough good things about this, it is surprisingly quiet for a blender-type device, and you don’t need to worry about it “walking” around or off the counter as it’s running – it stays right in place even as it’s going through the cycle. I have also used it for smoothies with great success. It comes with a well put together recipe book printed in color with great big visuals of what you will make and simple directions. 10/10 would recommend.

Really convenient and fun to use
I like making my own milk now. Moved away from cows milk a while ago but so many recipes require milk so this has been really useful to make my own with clean plant based ingredients. Easy to use process to and simple to set up.
