The Fish Didn’t Last 5 minutes But This Ball Is Our Dogs Favorite Toy-EVER!
Our mini goldendoodle LOVES this ball. The fish didn’t last 5 minutes before a hole appeared at the seam while he was tugging on it but this ball…he gets excited when he sees it’s being brought out for playtime and his tail is wagging the whole time he chases it around the house.

Love how it rolls
I bought this toy for my dog, thinking it would keep her occupied, but I was mistaken. The first thing she wanted to do was break the ball with her jaw. Since the ball was quite hard, I had to take it away from her. I have a puppy arriving in a few weeks, so I will save this toy for the new puppy. Along with the fish that comes with the toy, my current dog would easily shred it. While I really like what the toy offers, I cannot trust that Trixie won’t destroy it or hurt her jaw.

Rolls and Squeaks, but Not Sturdy
My dog thought this was the coolest toy ever, when I gave it to him the first time. Even now he loves it.Unfortunately I cannot leave him unattended with it. He’s gradually removed the orange soft plastic coating on the outside of the ball and he’s ruined the grooves to twist the two ball halves together. Because of this I can no longer charge it, because I can’t untwist the halves. I also learned that it’s not really waterproof.While it was still working I did like that you could change the settings and turn off the sound with the remote. Neither setting seems to actually make the ball roll though, or maybe only slowly. Both setting were too slow for my dog. He would easily pick it up without much effort, but the mechanical sounds and vibrating did seem to keep him interested.The tail/rope was cheap and started to fray immediately at first play. It is also pretty difficult to refeed it in the ball. I would not purchase again.

Not a bad toy, but dog ate the remote
So among electronic toys, this one works fairly well and keeps our dog’s interest. The rope/mouse feature is a fun and unique addition that I haven’t seen on other robo-balls. Problem with this one is that the dog found and chewed up the remote, which is not only dangerous (exposure to the battery) but makes the toy less functional.

TL;DR – My pitbull is heavily addicted to this and he won’t stop or calm down unless we turn it off and hide it. LOL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.I love how much fun our doggo has with this but… He’s OBSESSED. In a good and bad way. lol He’s hardly able to contain himself when unscrewing the ball to get to that power button. If he sees the remote, he loses his mind and will go into a puppy play stance, barking and whining. I think it’s so funny that he will “shake” this and even though the ball is hard he’ll keep going. We have to tell him to “calm” so he’ll realize, oh, yeah… That hurts and I should stop doing that.We did burn the ends of the ropes to keep them from unraveling as it gets rough play in our home. We also had to tie the fishy rope to the small rope that was already threaded through the ball as our dog was smacking himself harder with the shorter rope provided. lol I think if the ends were already sealed, the remote was a dog paw, not a cat’s (LOL) and the fish was a bone, it would make more sense but I have to five-star it because my dog has another version of a wiggling ball (I guess that’s what you’d call t lol) but he’s crazy over this and that makes this so freaking worth it.The color is cute and the lights are great but the chirping is the best part of this. Yes, you can turn it off so it won’t annoy you TOO much but this ball rolls around and is sort of loud because of that (plus if your dog is anything like ours, he’ll make a full ruckus lol) but this will reactivate his interest which can save us while too busy to play for the 100th time in a day. I love this, my husband does and most importantly, our dog is obsessed and we’re all happy. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Save your money
My pitbull destroyed it within 10 minutes of getting it. I have an interactive cat toy that he plays with that is more durable than this thing!!! I struggled to get it opened, but he had no problem getting it unscrewed. The chirping is also annoying. $20 down the drain because it will be getting thrown out.
