My cats and I love this self cleaning slicker brush. What a great value! What makes this a great deal is that the price is good for the brush alone, but 2 other useful tools are added for no additional cost. Also 6 adorable cat and dog stickers were included! The slicker brush is made well with quality plastic. It’s approximately 8”L with a rounded head approximately 3 1/4” in diameter, with the retractable teeth having an approximate diameter of 2 1/2”. The metal bristle tips are covered with plastic with rounded tip to prevent damage to skin. I tried it out on the inside of my forearm and it’s a gentle, pleasant scratching. It’s amazing the amount of hair that this picks up! The button to retract the bristles for easy cleaning is nice and large and pushes and releases with ease. The description states it has a non-slip silicone handle. That’s not the case, it’s made from the same plastic as the rest of the brush. That said, it’s easy and comfortable to hold, I’m glad it’s not silicone as silicone can sometimes get sticky over time. My cats love this brush and one grabs my arm when I try to pull it away from him. Included is a sturdy metal comb with rounded teeth (7 1/2” X 1 1/4”) this has been helpful for removing tangles on my long haired cat. The other free gift is lint/pet hair remover for fabrics/rugs (approximately 6” L with a 4 1/2 long dual sided rubber like head that works great. The only thing I would change is having the head of the lint/hair remover longer to cover more area and the handle thicker to make it more comfortable to hold, but it was free and is convenient for small areas and tight spaces.

Purrrfect for cats!
I’ve been trying to find a decent cat brush for my mischief maker for a bit now, he’s been shedding like crazy. This is the best one I’ve found in years!It’s small and round. Usually they’re too big for my little guy and I can’t get a good brush on his belly before he goes all out WWE playmode.For some reason, he stayed in purring cuddle puddle mode and let me brush his belly and inside legs at my leisure!Removed So Much loose fur!

Disappointed with the brush, but the comb is nice!
This cat brush isn’t as effective as I was hoping. The bristles are very thin metal, so it seems like they don’t grasp the hair well. I think plastic bristles are more effective in that sense. It is very gentle though, and neither of my cats are bothered by it when I brush them! It just doesn’t get down into the fur and pull up the loose stuff as well as I’d hoped. The button mechanism is good, but with only a little fur on the brush it works less well than you’d think. If you manage to get a good clump on there, then it’s a solid design and the button pushes it all right off! Overall it’s a gentle and somewhat effective brush, but it’s odd shape and the weak bristles take a lot away. I think the circular shape is harder to use than rectangular brushes. It did come with an extra comb and a furniture fur remover, which was nice! The comb is solid metal and quite heavy. It would probably be fantastic for a long haired cat or a fluffy dog, or even just for a person, too! It’s super easy to thoroughly clean because it’s metal and sturdy. The furniture fur remover is exactly as advertised, although I’ve never gotten anything like that to work on my furniture the way they do in videos. If you vacuum regularly, expect it to work but not be quite as satisfying as you’d think. This is a decent product, but I wish the brush itself were more sturdy and effective!
