When customizing, ignore the picture amazon shows
I wanted to have a collar with my dogâs name visible no matter what part of the collar was facing up. So I put the same name in for first name and last name and I added a bunch of spaces to put them further apart. The mock up amazon created made it look like they would be on opposite sides of the collar. When I got the collar, the names were right next to each other. I contacted the seller who apologized and offered to send me another one if I would tell them the exact spacing I wanted. I asked for 45 mm between each name. When the replacement collar came in, there was only about 5 mm between them. I think the person misread 45 as 4.5? I contacted the seller again and sent them a picture of what I received. They offered to make it again. The third time it was exactly what I was wanting. The quality is excellent and the colors are true to what was shown. Iâm very happy with what I ultimately got and with the sellerâs determination to make it right. I would absolutely recommend buying from them. Just be sure to talk to the seller if you want anything special done and donât trust amazonâs mock ups.

You really never know what youâre gonna get on Amazon, but man is this collar PERFECT and exactly what I wanted it to be! It looks Stellar on my guy and I love that it had the options to customize hearts, stars, thread colors! So pleased!

Nice Collar. Sturdy Soft Material
I really like this collar as the material is not stiff like some of the web dog collars. The stitching is easy to read. Am buying another one for one of our other dogs.

Great colors, druable, yes names are covered slightly…but get over it
I ordered three of these collars a while back, for 3 chihuahuas. The collar in itself is a very durable sturdy collar, that seems it will do its job well over time. The colors we choose were great and the color combination with the thread can totally make it your own. The colors are true both in collars and the thread for the stitching. It is noted heavily that the placement of the stitching is off and therefore when adjusted you cannot fully read it anymore. Well my 3 dogs all go small collars, but they all have different neck sizes (we have a thin guy, a fat guy, and a girl thats in between) so all of their adjusted sizes are different, and all have the adjustment piece covering some part of their name/number. The point being, no matter where the embroidery, when adjusted the name may be covered. So I do not think that this is something that the seller can fix unless they know your dogs true neck size and adjust it before stitching which is a crazy thing to ask for. Anyways these collars will get the job done, if your pet gets lost, the person can remove the collar to fully read the name, which is better than no name or number on your pet at all!

Worth it
I got this for a stray dog that was becoming more friendly in my rv park. Itâs a good size. The stitching and plastic are holding up well after being washed and worn outside. I wanted the plastic clip in case our stray got caught on something while wandering so that it would break apart and not strangle her. It has held up to her freaking out and darting away while on a leash, so itâs by no means easy to break. I agree with others reviewers that the stitching isnât in the best place. When I adjusted the collar to fit, the name is obscured, but at least the number is easy to see.

The collar is good but the thread used to emboss dog’s name and number is hard to read. It is too faint. Also, if you need to adjust the collar the name and number gets covered up by the buckle and cannot be easily seen.
