Perfect!!
This works amazing! Super chewers or puppies canât get through it, and the size options are fantastic so you can get what fits your need best! Itâs super easy to use (I opt for clipping it to the car seat holder instead of buckling it in for extra stability, since my pups can unbuckle it by stepping on it).Since using this, my pups have not been able to jump of the car before I want them to, and I can roll the windows down again without worrying! Plus, they canât jump up into the front seat with me, which is much safer.

I don’t use this as for the seatbelt as we all know aussies are smart and will chew through the nylon type so I use it for his backseat cover to pull the sides up through the handles so he can’t chew through it.

Secures my lab on the back seat
I use this strap to a secure my lab in the backseat of my Jeep When we are traveling. In the event we have a wreck it is my hope that it will prevent him from becoming a flying projectile.

My year old Havanese doesnât like riding in the car. Wants to be on my lap. I tried him in an open box but he just chewed on the cloth attachment to his harness. He seems happiest using this – still chews on it but since itâs coated wire the worst that can happen he chews through to the wire. He likes being on the seat more than the box and settles down after a little while. Itâs also handy because if I have other passengers I donât have to detach a box – this works the best!

Safety dog restraint really works
My large dog chews through anything he feels is restraining him in just a couple of chomps. I have mended nearly all of his leashes & tethers . I drive 1042 miles each way to my winter home in Mexico & I need him securely restrained. This cable keeps him safely prevented from jumping over the seat or into my lap as I drive. There are some tooth marks on the plastic coating but he quickly gave up on chewing on it when he felt the cable. He & I travel much more safely when he is restrained & sitting quietly on his seat.

I’m very happy with this “seat belt” for my big 84lbs GSD/Wolf hybrid. She usually doesn’t chew on much but, she hates being tied up to anything and will in those cases chew her way through nearly everything. Not this one… LOL

I got this to add to an extension lead as the dog chews through the cord that attaches to their collar, but when walking it hangs low and gets in the way of the dogs legs so kind of irritating. I haven’t used this as a car leash as I wouldn’t trust the seatbelt clip to work well and wouldn’t rely on it.
