My 16 Pound Cat LOVES this Carrier!
Before I could even finish putting it together my cat went in there and WON’T come out. He even let me carry him around the room in it (something he usually doesn’t go for). When my second cat came in the room and saw the carrier she wanted in it too, but the first cat won’t share it. Cats give this 100 stars! As a human, I was debating between 4 or 5 stars for this (due to the reasons I’ll mention below). But the cats are so enthusiastic about it. That has to bump it up 1 more star.CONS:1. The plush padding is not as nice as I was expecting (see picture). The inner foam has bumps from pressing against the folded carrier during shipping. That said, I can add an extra blanket or find my own foam to replace it. Plus the cat was fine with it.2. Only one of the sides has the zipper securing lock. That means my cat might easily get open it if I’m at the airport dealing with multiple things at once.3. This is possibly unavoidable, but my cat started trying to rip off parts sticking out on the inside, like the back of the fasteners.4. Another possibly unavoidable concern is wondering how this will hold up if my cat is in fear. The mesh is something he can probably scratch open and it seems like he may be able to get out of this if he really tries.PROS:1. Lightweight, making it easier to carry a heavy fat cat & giving us a better chance of making it through the airline, in cabin, weight limit.2. Easy to put together. No instructions needed. I just started zipping up zippers and it came into shape.3. The pocket on the top and the feeding dish are cute, handy additions.4. Pretty stylish and makes a nice, cozy nook for them to hang out at home.5. My cat is 16 pounds. He fits, can turn around in it and doesn’t mind how little space he has in it. It seems like it could not take much more than a few pounds more. My smaller cat would also be fine in this unit.6. The bottom padding zips open so you can wash it or replace it with something more plush.I haven’t yet tested it on an actual flight, but am preparing to do so. For now I have it ready to use to evacuate for an emergency (fire). Also, my orange cat like hanging out in it around the house. In fact, my cat loves this carrier so much I think it will be a successful trip. Due how much my cat loves this thing, I give it 5 stars.

It’s small so read the picture captions to make sure yours will fit
This is a nice pet carrier with lots of ventilation. All sides, including the top, have mesh fabric to give our boy fresh air. There are flaps on the sides to give your pet some privacy and there are also zipper doors on the top and front to get them in/out. Our boy dogs are about 15 pounds, and each can fit individually in the carrier but itâs a tight fit. For a flight, these are designed to fit under the seat so we expected it would be small. We have not tried it yet on a flight, but the mesh fabric should make our boy feel a little more comfortable with the visibility. There are no privacy flaps on the front, rear and top. This folds flat for storage which is a nice feature. It feels sturdy enough to carry our dog but not sure how durable it will be with repeated use. The connectors and the shoulder strap have plastic connectors. We were hoping this would be a good temporary bed while traveling but our boy would be cramped so doubtful weâll use for that. For airline trips with your pet, this is a good under seat option. Itâs a bit cramped for a 15-pound dog but it will allow us to take him with us when needed. The description says for dogs up to 25 pounds but donât think a dog much bigger than ours would fit.

too flimsy and okay value
I appreciate that this is collapsible for storage but the sides are too soft, with 0 structure, so it needs to be fully zipped up on both ends for it to be suitable for a pet to be inside. When 1 side is unzipped, the roof is too flimsy and collapses. If you are just getting this for transporting to the vet, then I would recommend one that is taller. My large cat is too squashed with the low roof.Similar products are up to $10 cheaper on Amazon.

Great Carrier!
I ordered this carrier to transport my cat to and from the vet. I’d say my favorite thing about it is that it’s collapsible so it doesn’t take up a ton of space when not in use like a hard sided carrier. I also love that it’s really versatile. There’s two sets of straps included, you can roll up one or both of the sides for ventilation and/or to be able to see in/out. It seems well made, though there were a couple of threads sticking out, but it doesn’t seem to affect the quality… you could just trim them off. It also came with a collapsible water or food dish, which I wasn’t expecting, so that’s awesome. I definitely recommend this! 🙂

Ok carrier, wonât be my go to, has structural issues
I was really hopeful for this carrier, it looks nice on first glance, the look and design are nice but the structure lets it down. First, itâs not really going to work for large pets. I saw the measurements but didnât check them against my pet. My cat is 15 pounds and this carrier would not allow him any extra space. Next, this is just not sturdy enough for travel. Maybe as a back up carrier for the car, or trips to the vet, but it has several issues. There is no stiff material/wire around the carrier openings, so when you unzip the ends it collapses down. How are you supposed to manage getting a pet in and out of it while you have to hold the opening? Most of my cats have never willingly gone in so this is a problem. Youâd have to use the top and that opening isnât even big enough. The material is also pretty thin and flimsy, feels like it would tear easily. Next, there are no feet on the bottom to keep the carrier from touching the floor (see 3rd pic) and therefore itâs likely to get destroyed/dirty. It does look nice aesthetically and the zippers work, I also really like that you can have the flaps down over the sides or not. Itâs really too bad thereâs those few glaring issues, this will be a back up for us, thankfully itâs easy to store.
