Puppy-Proof Seat Protection
I bought the Spacocld Front Seat Cover for my friend Megan’s car. She recently got a puppy named Pi who, like most puppies, has had his share of accidents during car rides.It’s waterproof and scratch-proof, which protects her car’s upholstery not only from accidents but also from Pi’s little claws. Not Entirely Waterproof
I have a small car – a Chevy Spark. This Car Front Seat cover is easy to install and mostly fits well over the seat. It sits securely with all the straps buckled, and they’re easy to adjust. The front pocket at the bottom sits where it should be on my seat and is easy for a passenger to access. One issue with fit is that it covers the passenger seat adjustment, but the cover is easily lifted so it can still be reached without removing the cover. It would also be nice if the straps that go around the headrest could be adjusted to be tighter.It will help protect my seat from dog paws and dirt, but it isn’t entirely waterproof. I poured some water to test it in case puppy decides to go in my car, and the water mostly ran backwards towards the seam, where it pooled and was able to seep through the cover. I can’t get the seat anchor in place without moving my child’s car seat so I can fully move the passenger seat, so next time I do that, I’m going to see if having that in place moves the seam so that water can’t get to it.

front passenger bucket seat cover
i’m happy to report that this good-sized front passenger pet car seat cover works nicely for my 2023 Subaru Forester, with quite a few straps and buckles to hold it down, should you require them all. i did not test its inherent waterproofing, and thankfully, my furry family did not test it, either, in a recent vet trip — but just as you get a fire extinguisher in case of fire — getting a cover like this in case of an accident is much better insurance than having to deal with the consequences of not having this in hand. the back is a nonslip rubbery grip, and the front-facing material is a synthetic one which likely is at least water-resistant, with questions as to whether the porous braiding of the fabric admits moisture. for my purposes, 5 stars. if you need something that’s bulletproof and accident-proof, you may consider other options as well. that said, i’d recommend adding a reusable pet spill pad for extra measure. extra insurance.

3 buckles help it fit snugly, waterproof, stays in place
This is the 2nd front car seat Iâve owned. It takes a minute to install; a buckle behind the headrest and 2 behind the front seat. I think it fits better than my old one because it has 2 front seat buckles. The topside fabric is quilted, and feels tough and durable and should stand up well to dog’s nails. The bottom side of seat section has rubber dots, but it is really the seat anchor that keeps it in place. The bottom side of the seat has a handle that when stuffed into the seat crevice helps secure the cover in place. I like the large buttoned flap pocket at the seat front, and side flaps. Water beads up, so I expect it is waterproof. It fit my car fine, but in my photo you will see it bulges out towards the bottom of the back seat area, because of large bolsters in the seat. Iâm glad it was able to accommodate it. It will fit a non-bolstered seat more closely. The seat crease aligns nicely with the edge. My dog stands on the front crease corner on the window side, so that will be the first place that will wear through. It works well!

Best car seat cover!
We have a big one similar to this in the back seats. We used regular single cars eat covers but they always stretched out, ripped, or would fall off. This is a GAME CHANGER. It covers the whole seat and stays on secularly. I love that itâs black and helps to keep stains off the real car seat. The only thing I wish this came with is a head rest cover but those donât get nearly as dirty so I donât mind. If you want something sleek that will protect your seat, get this instead of a cover!

Not a perfect fit, but still easily fits on the front car seat and offers good protection from the fur family. Feel much better letting her ride up front in the newer car.
