Itâs about what youâd expect at the price.
Itâs ok, although I have my serious doubts weather it has any crash safety functionality, especially with larger breed dogs like mine (75lb pit mix) maybe ok for little dogs.Either way make sure youâre using this with a padded harness at the very least and never attach it to a collar.The carabiner is thick and has some weight to it, but I donât think I would trust it for a stop at speed.

Shorter Than Advertised
I ordered this specifically because I wanted a longer tether that I could also clip to a belt to use as a leash. The description says that it is supposed to be 49 inches max and from the picture this looks like that is the unstretched max length, but even if it were stretched that might have suited my needs ok. The strap I received is only 35.5 inches long unstretched (including the clips on both ends) with an extra 5-6 inches of stretch for a total stretched length of about 41 inches. The 27 inch minimum length is accurate. Even though the strap materials are sturdy and it seems to be strongly stitched, I would not have ordered this product if I had know these were itâs actual dimensions.

Durable and locks
Love that this is thicker than our previous seatbelt. The thinner one got stuck in the buckle insert. This one is thicker like a car buckle. This one also has a lock. Easy to use, just pull down to unlock, push up to lock. Highly recommend over other cheaper brands. The hardware is a thick metal and seems very well made. Added bonus is the clip hook to attach to the seat anchors (if you have them).
