Love our Woolinos, well worth the price.
The best product for infants who can no longer be swaddled. The material is soft, high quality wool. Incredible easy to put the baby in; with the ability to grow as the child grows. We use this for camping, stadium events, family outings. Anything where our child is going to be out past bedtime. The car seat strap holes are fantastic and help to keep the body temp regulated in any climate.Very long lasting material, be sure to read the wash directions! A wool safe detergent and hang dry or hand cleaning.

Pretty freakin’ amazing, it turns out
UPDATED REVIEW:The previous title was “Almost great, but possibly dangerous.” Well, it’s time to change my review for the better, and for two reasons. One, this sleep sack has become absolutely indispensable. It is more substantial than any other we tried (Gunapod, Baby Deedee sack, and Halo, though admittedly their cotton versions). The problem described below was simply because it comforted Baby so much, he wanted it on his face. Once that scary period was over after a few weeks (we’d sewed the bottom as mentioned until he stopped), we all loved it. It’s held up extremely well and now fits my almost one-year-old like a dream, with room to grow. The second reason for the update is that the company contacted me about my concerns, which I truly appreciate. Though they couldn’t quite recreate the issue I described, they tried to resolve the problem. Though it wasn’t available at the time, they were creating a new 6 to 18 month old size that likely would have been perfect. They had some other recommendations as well. Good customer service keeps me going back to a company, and this will be no different!PREVIOUS REVIEW:This review is very difficult for me to write as I don’t like to say bad things about products I loved. BUT. I bought this to replace the many Halo, Gunapod, and other sleepsacks we’d tried. They were not only too thin to keep our baby warm in the recommended 66 – 70 degree room temp, but he quickly grew out of them. Enter Woolino. I loved this product, recommended it to my sister, and bought one for a friend’s baby. Here are my positives:I LOVE the feel of this. It’s very soft and (at least compared to the others we’d tried) has a good weight to it. My baby no longer seemed ice cold at night. He has room to kick and maneuver his legs as he loves to do. And he looks dern cute in the thing!BUT (I told you it was coming). The length has come to frighten me for my guy. I thought having something that grows with him would be a great money-saver, but as it turns out, the extra fabric is enough so that he can pull it up over his face. And as a six-month-old looking to comfort himself as he falls asleep, he does it often. Every night, in fact. I find myself sneaking into his room after he falls asleep (the first time at night and after night-feedings) and pulling it down. Isn’t the point of having a sleepsack instead of a blanket to prevent this exact behavior? If there was a way to do it comfortably, it would be nice to have some sort of Velcro or unobtrusive snaps inside at the bottom to account for different baby lengths. I sewed across the bottom myself finally so he can’t pull it up–my solution is ugly but I’m hoping it works.Again, for the right (passive) baby, I love this! But I can’t fully endorse it as I see a huge safety issue currently.

Warm, cozy, and economical…
I put off buying this thing for 6 months, due to price, and now I wish I hadn’t waited.Apparently, in order to keep babies from going up in flames, infant sleepers have to be either fleece (which stops being fluffy after only 3 washes), treated with fire resistant chemicals (um, no), or snug fitting (itchy!). Well, I was cheating by buying super big sleepers for my son, and just letting him sleep with floppy footies. Unfortunately, now that he is 9 months, the “snug fitting” sleepers are ridiculously tight, and he was waking up with freezing feet every night, even the fleece sleepers– which are 20 bucks a pop where I live, and have to be replaced every month, because they pile up. Plus, he started crying whenever I zipped them up, because who on EARTH wants to sleep in a compression sack– I certainly wouldn’t. I itch when my tank tops are too tight! So I finally pressed the button and got this little gem. I’ve used wool baby products before, so I would encourage anyone to “lanolinize” this every few months, which helps the wool resist moisture/pee, softens it, and allows you to wash it less, and makes it hang dry quicker. However, this is as soft as Egyptian cotton and the company says it’s washable, so you don’t really need to. (I always handwash with a little Dr. Bronners and lanolin, though, personally). This bag has sturdy snaps (no scratchy velcro), which allow it to be comfy but form fitting on the upper body. Double snaps on the side comform to a smaller or bigger baby. Even though my son has TONS of room in the foot area to grow into, I have zero concerns that he will get twisted up in it… and he’s a hard-core squirmer. Even with his constant caterpillar scooting and rolling, he’s never complained or been uncomfortable in this, and when he does wake up at night, his feet are WARM, because he’s basically sleeping in a giant mitten. It has a zip at the bottom for nighttime changes or, possibly, if you’re kiddos feet are getting hot. There’s an open/close spot at the crotch area for safety belts to go through. Plus, this saves money, because (underneath) the baby is sleeping in the same one-sies or shirts he/she would be using during the day, so you don’t have to keep getting longer foot-ie pyja, or replacing the scratchy fleece ones.Don’t hesitate to buy this wonderful product. It’s cozy, quality construction, and economical, in the long run.Update: still going strong at 2 years, with occasional washing, but no special treatment whatsoever. It’s even been thrown in the regular, high heat dryer several times, although I wouldn’t recommend doing so regularly. My son sees the sack and knows it’s time to “snuggle up” for bedtime. Love it!

So soft and snuggly. Quality workmanship. Pretty patterns. Worth the cost. Recommend.

Best sleep sack investment and so cute!
My husband loves this wool sleep sack. It is indeed expensive but the quality in the material is there to back it up. Itâs nice and thick with great features like the zipper that goes almost all the way around for easy in and out of baby, the snap buttons for the armpits depending on how big your baby is and the easy snaps on top of the shoulders to secure them in at night. Not to mention the cutest sheep ð! Just remember that this is wool so you do not dry it in the dryer!!! Iâm sure it will reduce the life of the material and also change the texture of it. Our little girl so absolutely so adorable in this sleep sack and we can sleep soundly knowing her temperature is being regulated.

A nightly tradition!
The Woolino 4 Season Ultimate Baby Sleeping Bag is pricey but absolutely worth it. Our baby sleeps in it every night, and it keeps her temperature just rightânot too hot or too cold. The quality is outstanding; itâs well-made and has held up really well over time. Plus, itâs incredibly comfy and soft. Highly recommend this for any parent looking for a reliable and comfortable sleeping solution for their baby!

one cant overspend on good sleep

I got this for a heavier weight than the cotton one we currently use. So far I really like it and baby seems confortable.Itâs a nice feeling on both the inside and the shell and itâs easy to get on and off. It also washes well.
Kyle Lisgo –
I absolutely love this sleeping bag and so does my little girl. It was recommended to me by a safe sleep group who are super vigilant and fussy with their recommendations. The fabric is very very soft but not flimsy. The zip is strong and well made. It is covered at the ends so its comfortable for little one. It’s got two strong press studs at each shoulder and one under each armpit to make it fit well for little babies. It comes with a thermometer so you can check the room temperature so you can dress baby according to the heat. The thermometer isnt the greatest for getting a precise temperature. It comes with a clothing guide too so you know what to dress your baby in for the right temperature so this helps reduce the risk of SIDSit is a bit more expensive than other sleep suits however your paying for absolute quality and more importantly safety.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
