Quit working the first use
My husband took our 80 lb dog for a run this morning before dawn . He said the lights worked for about 25 yards , but then the dog pulled and they went out. Too bad! I had thought this was a much better quality lighted leash than the older leashes I had tried in the past. IF IT HAD CONTINUED TO WORK….a good feature is that it’s rechargeable! I had another type of lightleash and the little coin batteries were not only expensive, they didn’t last long. Not a problem here. The clip is not only sturdy, it has a locking feature so that it cannot cannot cannot open accidentally. This is a nice leash other than the fact that the lighted feature doesn’t work. We will continue to use it as a regular leash.

Well worth the price ($15) This will save your pets life. I am not joking. Cars these days rarely pay attention and I have used this for night walking the dog and the best part is when you are crossing press the button and it will blink making you even more noticed. Several times it has alerted drivers not paying attention to use crossing. It comes charged so you can use it right out of the box. The handle is super soft, I drape it over my wrist with my hand on it, my doggo doesnt tug as much. It’s a little longer than our older one and has a better clip. it has a clip and a twist lock, so won’t come undone.Goes great with a glow collar, but fine by itself.Earned the 5 stars, easy to charge and light weight button is easy accessible an natural. I think everyone should have one for safety. I had 3 neighbors ask me where i got it when they pulled over to ask from their car, it will turn heads and last a long time between charges. I will not walk my dog without it. DEAD – Impressively Bright Green Lighted Leash
Updated Dec 10 2024. – BAD DOGDEAD – It got dim and died on a dog walk with less than 2 hours of total use. I tried charging for hours. It glows red inside as if it is charging, but it will not turn on. I do not recommend this leash.Original Dec 7 2024This leash is great for walking our border collie at night. It is very bright and causes fast drivers to slow down because they don’t know what is wiggling around in the distance. We have it connected to a lighted harness for maximum visibility along busy streets.It’s great that it’s easy to recharge and the on button can be operated with gloves on. It has four modes of operation:1. Off2. On3. On slow flash4 On fast flashWe do not use flashing modes. Instead of fast flash, it would be more useful if there was an on/dim mode because the green seems too bright at times.Overall we’re very happy to have a light up leash that’s rechargeable, easy to operate and bright.

Best leash for nighttime walking!
These leashes are the best for walking my dogs at night. My black lab blends in with the night and we donât have street lights in our neighborhood. These leashes have helped slow down traffic while walking since they canât see our dogs and know by seeing the leash there is a dog they canât see.

Nice and bright!
This is a nice leash, it has a very soft handle on it so it won’t hurt your hands if you have a dog that pulls.In my video, I said it took about two months to get here, I just checked, the order date was December 4 so I was completely wrong about that. It seemed like it took forever, but it actually didn’t.I take my dogs for walks frequently, and I like to take them at night because my female Australian shepherd loves to bark at other dogs, we’re less likely to run into them at night time. The only problem with walking at night is, my subdivision is completely void of street lights so it’s very dark out here, we need to be well lit when walking because cars do not see us otherwise. I took this leash with my dog on it into my closet to test it out and it is nice and bright in the dark. It comes with a USB-C charging cord, which is very short. I usually never use the ones that come with them because they give you no length at all so I have a bunch of my own that I useI am happy with this leash!

Absolutely love the purple.
I only have one lighted dog leash, and since we walk a lot, I wanted two. I chose this one solely for its dark purple color as purple is my favorite. This leash features a d-ring and a button to switch between three modes: solid, slow blink, and fast blink. I like that there are individual lights at an interval instead of being completely lit as I think it is better for visibility. We already have gotten a lot of use out of this leash and it will be my preferred one.
