Dogs are very playful and intelligent animals. Channel their energy and curiosity into something positive with TRIXIE’s Gambling Tower. It’s designed for the beginning canine gamer. Begin by placing a treat on the lowest shelf. With a little practice, your dog will learn to gently tug on the attached loop in order to send the treat tumbling to the bottom and sliding out. Once mastered, keep your dog challenged and curious by varying the number and placement of treats on the three shelves. The game also contains three cones for hiding small rewards within the base compartments. Due to our unique design, the cones cannot be knocked over. They must be lifted straight up to be removed. The non-slip rubber feet keep the box in place as your dog explores. We’ve also included an instructional booklet with tips and tricks for challenging and training dogs of all ages through play. Measures 10 x 10 x 13 inches. Weight 3 lbs.

Kitten loves it ð
At first I thought he didn’t know how to get the treats to all fall down but I realized that he was just “saving them for later” super great toy to help boost the IQ and provide stimulation for my curious, food motivated kitten. He did master it pretty quickly though so I would say to get multiple level 2 toys so u can switch them out periodically.

Great food puzzle
I have one cat who is great at food puzzles and figured this out faster than I expected. Having to pull out all three inner platforms makes her work a little harder for her reward. I keep it on my kitchen table and all of the pieces have fallen to the tile floor multiple times and have never broken. The base has a rubber bottom, so it doesn’t slide. I’m so glad Trixie makes all of theses great food puzzles. It’s amazing for bored cats.

Great Toy But Not Too Durable
This toy is great for a puppy dog. We have a Rottweiler and he loved it. But as he grows he chewed it up. The neon green cone looking parts are really sturdy but the rest is not so sturdy. He chewed through the little ropes. It worked well as a puppy but as he grew he started destroying it. But by the time that happens he has out grown the toy and you can move on to the next level. It took him a while to figure it out but eventually he did it. It keeps them occupied and helps to control bad habits as they spend their energy getting their food.

Fun puzzle, not very sturdy
Shipped great with no damage to the box. I’m not sure if I got a faulty one, or if the two halves of the tube aren’t supposed to be fully stuck together, but it seems a bit flinsy. I had to really try to get the two halves of the tube to line up and stay attached. My dog started off solving it correctly, but quickly realized she could push the tower over and get all the food at once, because it’s just resting in the base, not snapped in. Going forward, I’m going to super glue the tube into the base so that it can’t be removed by cheating like this. The overall idea of the toy is great, and considering I got it on sale for under $10 I can’t be too mad, there are just a few flaws in the design. For reference, my dog is 7 pounds and easily knocked the tube over by pawing at the blue pieces. My dog has solved a few different easy/beginner puzzles before and did not seem confused by any of the components of this puzzle.I also wouldn’t use anything that would leave a residue in this toy, because it seems difficult to fully clean. There are crevices in the base I can tell would collect water. All in all, it’s a fun buy when it’s on sale if your dog isn’t too rough on puzzles.

nice but broken
Nice product, but arrived broken. I dont want to return it and am unsure how else (besides leaving a review) to ask for a replacement piece. There is a weight in the base – ours arrived outside the base/ loose in the box, with the cap thats supposed to secure it in place (on the bottom) broken. I can’t get it to stay on. Can i please get a new cap or base? TY. Other than that… this is a fun challenge for our pup. He took 11 min the first time. I will buy more of these. If i can get a fix, this product will be 5 stars.Update: amazon replaced this.

Disappointing and too small
I was so excited to find enrichment toys for my German Shepherds. Couple of issues, this looks way smaller in real like than it does on the video clips. My first thought was maybe a cat/ kitten would be able to use this but not even a puppy. the little black handles that are meant to be pulled are so tiny, they look like hair ties. the green pieces that stand on the base are easily toppled over with out my dog putting any thought into lifting it up. The small dishes stay in place with a tiny hold on the side opposite of the black handle, if you tap, or yourdogs head hits that toggle, the dish falls out. basically all of the elements will expose the treat with the tiniest mvements. I also had no choice but to hold the toy down because the entire toy is just flimsy.

Nice toy
Really like this toy and it’s definitely worth the price. The quality is good and the instructions how to teach your dog are very detailed and helpful.Depending on how often you play with your dog this can be a great activity for months.I play with my dog once or twice a week and she was able to do the whole tower after about 4 weeks. The beginning can be a little hard and you have to be very patient with your pup but once they understand how it works they’ll be super fast. It’s a lot of fun and a great indoor activity.I definitely recommend this product

Great idea but needs improved design, more durable plastics.
I would have offered 20 stars for the category “Did your dog love it?”. She DID love it. Twice. Unfortunately, these cleverly designed dog activities (this was our second one in this line) lack durability. I watched as the unfortunate event happened (at least the mayhem was over quickly) and then i attempted a duct tape surgery. No luck. The gizmo was fit for burial. My 42 pound basset hound killed it on the second chomp. The clear plastic vertical cylinder looks like a potential injury source to me, very brittle when broken by canine teeth. I’d love a redesigned version where a few quick chews don’t render the removable parts from ever fitting properly again. We’re bummed.

It took my dog a while to work out- but she absolutely loves it! I had to help by asking for her paw over the draws and guiding it out with her until she clicked. Itâs been knocked around a lot and been quite durable. My dog has soo much fun playing with this and itâs really easy to put together.

Súper entretenido, al principio le costaba tirar las que llevan cuerda, pero con 2-3 veces aprendió.Lo volverÃa a comprar

Våra hundar har roligt med den, lite utmanande i början, men de lär sig

It challenges the dog. But could be a bit more durable.

My dog loves this. It really boosts her confidence. A couple of pegs can stick sometimes and it’s not the sturdiest if you have a bigger dog, but it is so much fun I give it five stars.
