My cat loves this! And I used the flashlight in a blackoutâ¦
This is a great cat toy. Because the antenna telescopes out and it has a long string it reaches much further than most toys like this, I can sit in the middle of my bed and lead my cat around the bedroom until she tires out. She loves it! She’ll find it anywhere I hide it and meow to be played with.The charge lasts a really long time, I got this a week ago and haven’t had to charge it yet.It also comes with a variety of laser lights and can also just be turned into a flashlight, a lot more powerful than the one on my phone. We lost power over Labor Day weekend and the flashlight was exactly what we needed!One thing my vet told me, though, is that you shouldn’t play with the laser pointer without having a treat hidden somewhere in the room that the cat can eventually be lead to — apparently if you just “hunt” with a cat without ever providing “kill,” your cat can end up with emotional issues. I thought that sounded insane but apparently it’s true! So I haven’t really played with that yet because I haven’t found a treat she likes. Still, I feel like I’ve already gotten my value back for this, and I’m sure she’ll love the laser pointer too.

My Cat Loves It!
My cat wants to play with this everyday and loves both the laser and the dangling mouse. Only reason I have given it 4 stars is the laser is in a difficult place so sometimes I turn it on accidentally when playing. Also, after a couple months the laser has stopped working even after charging.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much for the price, my cat’s 14 years old so he’s not super energetic but this toy really got him going – the laser light works well and doubles as a white light flashlight too. The retractable wand with toy is also a big favorite of his.
Terrible quality –
Not worth it
The feathers fell off immediately. Low quality. The âblack lightâ is a cheap, dull purple flashlight. Not all the laser buttons even worked. Disappointing because I loved the idea of a rechargeable laser, especially combined with a feather teaser.

Fun, but doesn’t last
My cat loved this toy, especially the laser pointer, and has had a ton of fun with the retractable attachment toy. That being said though, I’ve only had it for about 3 months and the switches for the lights are already worn out. The laser pointer no longer works unless I hold the connection in place during use. I’m a little disappointed by this, since I thought it would last longer.
