Mattress pad is rock hard. Hard to set up and take down
I would not waste my money on this item. The mattress is rockhard and it is very very difficult to put it together and to take it down when not in use Iâm about ready to throw it out. Itâs a piece of junk. I have it sitting upstairs with one side down that I canât get to be a go back up again and I wanted to put it away and I canât get the other three sides down. Theyâre stuck in the up position, I wish I could return this

Very poor quality
This product is very dysfunctional. Upon first opening of the box it looks like it will be perfect. The buttons on the sides seem to work when no tension is applied. However, as soon as tension was applied to put the set together, the buttons failed to lock resulting in cracking of the side before it locked together for the edge.It broke upon the first installation, and then again trying to take it down while contacting the owner. I am very disappointed with this product, and it’s failure placed me into an embarrassing and frustrating first night at home with our new baby.It may be that we were tying to put this product together in the wrong order, but the instructions were not super clear as to what steps come first
