Pups Love It!
I bought this for my sonâs two pups as a birthday gift. Lulu weighs 9 lbs. and Mako weighs 30 lbs. They both enjoy being in it during car rides. It helps Lulu see out the windows. My son told me Mako took a nap in it. Itâs big enough for the pups to lay down together. The quality is great – material is soft and the cushion is cushy but has enough structure so it doesnât squish under their weight. Great car seat!

Highly recommend!!
This dog bed car seat is amazing! Itâs very good quality and well made. Itâs extremely soft and comfortable with very dense padded memory foam that is raised so your fur baby can see out the window. There are strong secure straps to fasten safely around your car seat, and a safety strap to secure to your petâs harness or collar. Itâs a great size for small and medium sized dogs. My Yorkie and Miniature Dachshund can both comfortably lay in it for long car rides. This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

Great for medium dogs, solid travel solution
So I saw this bed, and immediately had to have it. I have a Cavalier King Charles puppy I take on long trips and one of the biggest issues has been containing him. I don’t like keeping him in a crate that long, he likes to look around and what not. This bed is very comfortable for him, gives him space to adjust, and does kind of keep him “contained” due to the height of the sides in combination with being on a lead attached to it. I love it for a small puppy. I’ll highlight a few things below. I wouldn’t try using this for a large dog and I’ll detail that below. What I like1) Removable cover, as strange as this sounds, a lot of beds don’t have removable covers and some are next to impossible to get back on without making the bed wonky.2) It can both be used as a travel seat and as a bed. I can strap it both inside a playpen, and inside a car. When I’m in a hotel with my puppy, it’ll be awesome and it’s one less thing I have to take.3) Over-all the quality feels on the premium side. I do have a few knocks against it listed below.4) If you look at this for a < 50lb dog and only use it as a travel bed, it's really close to perfect. My concerns.1) The cover seems a little thin for "large" dogs that's it's advertised for. I don't know this would survive my 70lb lab more than 1-2 trips.2) It's kind of small to be advertised for larger dogs. The aforementioned 70lb lab won't really be able to use this for long trips. She'd find it interesting and try it, but at best she'd be draped over it. In this case I think a blanket over a seat is more effective. This is definitely on the "smaller" side advertised for large dogs.3) I've had issues with zippers on beds, this isn't what I'd classify as a robust zipper. My Cavalier is 6 months old and has been through 5 beds. I have to wash the covers weekly. Many of the issues I've had with dog beds in the past, are from the zipper. I've had some covers only last 2-3 washes. I'm a little concerned based on my history this zipper won't be reliable. It's close to premium, but I do have some concerns for the longevity of the product. It does have side pockets on both sides of the bed, I'm indifferent. My dogs are going to get bored during a trip, if I use those side pockets, they're getting into whatever is in them. If they were zippered, or had some kind of mechanism to keep them closed, they'd be more useful. Another useful change would to be able to attach the flap in the back to something, button or similar so it's not loose if you're not using it in the car.

Large, Good quality, and Easy to Use
GOOD* #1 Easy to carry. What I like most was a surprise. It’s light and the seat strap is wide and comfortable for carrying. The wide strap (photo) is for attaching dog seat to car headrest. I sling the strap over my shoulder. Voila! It’s awkward but leaves my hands free for the dog leash and whatever else I am carrying.* #2 Doesn’t stay in the car. This takes up 2/3 of the backseat so we don’t like it in the car 24/7. However, it’s pretty easy to attach and carry so I bring it in. Almost all our trips are short ones. For those, I just sling the straps over the headrests and call it done.* #3 Second Dog BedInside, the car seat becomes an extra dog bed. It’s at least as attractive as our “real” dog bed. Photo.* #4 Open and GoComes vacuum-packed but assembled. This was very nice. It’s not hard to get the foam in and out but it isn’t fun, either. Liked having the bed spring into action without set-up. Has one little sheet of directions for the car but they were easy to understand. It’s much easier to attach than our small dog seat.SIZEManufacturer pictures are accurate.* Large and roomy – But leaves little room.In a mid-size sedan, the dog seat takes up two seats, as shown in manufacturer pictures. We have room for a large child booster seat and this. Adults sitting next to the dog seat should be dog lovers because the dog(s) will be right there, right next to them, possibly face height, really close.* Easily holds two dogs.Sitting up, two medium dogs easily fit. A large dog and a medium dog would probably fit sitting up, too.* New outlook. The height and placement mean that one dog gets the side window and the other dog can see out the windshield. This is new for us and that dog likes the forward view.* SleepingIf they’re good buds, they could curl up together. Our medium 45# dog only takes up half the seat when she is in her “sleep ball.” (photo)GOOD TO KNOWUnpacking* Thinly wrapped. See photo of cut paper pulled back from bed.Be very careful getting the paper off. It’s tight. You only have reinforced paper and a plastic bag between the bed and your utility knife, if that’s what you first pick up.* Warm Tips (Hot Tip?) See photo. What the tips are trying to tell you is use scissors and use them carefully. Fortunately, because I didn’t see the warning on the other side of the package until I ripped the paper off, I was carefully inserting scissors. Close one.WashingYou can remove all padding and wash the cover.* The foam is a tight fit because the bed holds its shape well. It’s time-consuming to get the cover off/on.* It comes with a tiny polyester blanket. About zero protection for the seat. If you have a dog that gets car sick, muddy, or drools, etc., highly recommend throwing your own blanket or towel over dog seat so you don’t have to wash the seat too often.BOTTOM LINEI love it. Dogs love it. Kids in booster seat next to dogs love it.
