Love these.
Great for catching leaking milk. They are firm and sturdy which makes them stay in place. Great price and easy to clean.

Terrific milk saver!
I love that these are pourable! I usually collect milk in these and pour the extra milk into another bottle or add to the babyâs formula supplement. Easy to clean and super easy to use!

Almost perfect…
I want to give these less than a 4 star review but I canât quite do it. Basically, my kiddo is 2 weeks old and I already have just over 100 ounces stocked in my freezer and I havenât touched my pump once! My complaint is in regards to the leaks. These are made of a hard plastic that fits comfortably all day in my bra. Unfortunately the hard plastic doesnât keep the cups from leaking out the seam of the two pieces. Multiple times per day, my breast pad, bra and shirt are soaked. If there is any way they could manufacture a silicone band inside the seam of the cups, this could change the result significantly. In my frustration, I ordered some of those silicone wrist bands to wrap around the outside of the seam of the cups. This has DRAMATICALLY improved the amount of leaks I am experiencing. Yes this is more parts I need to wash but I will gladly wash these bands over and over instead of changing my clothes multiple times per day. I see a few drops leak out with these bands on instead of half an ounce in my bra and shirt. Regardless, I highly recommend these to any postpartum nursing mama. These first few weeks where leaking happens almost 24/7 are the prime time to wear these cups all day. I will hopefully soon be decreasing my usage to only use on the opposite breast than my nursing but in the meantime, Iâll continue to collect these leaks for later use.

Needs a plug!
So I LOVE the concept of this item! I leak milk everywhere and within an hour I am catching 1-2 ounces! So the pro side is it does collect the milk. The con side is that they fill up fast and if you don’t dump them often they will leak from the nipple hole. The other issue is the pour spout. While it is awesome that I can easily pour the collected milk into a container, I also forget that I’m wearing them and I will bend over and then I end up all wet… Up side, they are comfortable and I forget they are there. Down side, at times they can bulge out from your breasts so it looks a little weird if your shirt is more fitted. You can not wear them while lying down. One other thing that I have noticed is that it keeps your nipple very moist, so when you take them off the nipples are a lot more sensitive. All in all they are good for the price as other cups are about twice the price, and they do work, there are just a few things that could be improved. I am looking into other cups and I will be trying the Lacti-cups because they have a plug and they hold more milk so I am thinking I won’t have to empty them as often.

Get these!
I have tried 4 different brands and shapes of milk savers, and these are the ones you want! You will see all the silicone ones say, “Soft silicone, not hard plastic like other brands!” Let me tell you, you want the hard plastic. Why? Because the “hard plastic” is shaped correctly for your nipple to rest comfortably inside, not cut into your nipple. I will say it again: The silicone versions cut into your nipple. It is not comfortable. These are curved at the opening so your nipple can rest inside comfortably. They are also the slimmest pair I have seen, making them truly the least conspicuous. I have had ONE spill in these and I’m not sure why that happened. Take it from a mama who has tried multiple designs of milk savers: These are the ones you want.

Love this product!
Love, love, love this product! I canât believe how much extra milk I am capturing using these! I put these on about 2 hours after the last feeding since that is when I leak the most and when I am feeding on the opposite side. Also, my son has this endearing habit of turning his head about a minute after my letdown starts thereby allowing all of the milk to drip/spray all over. Now I put the cup over the dripping breast and put the bra over it to keep it in place while I burp him. I noticed that if it fills more than 2 oz you need to lean forward a little when you remove it so that the milk doesnât spill out of the center hole. This may be why some people think it is leaking. I have not had any problems with leaking.

Just OK
I wanted to like these but there’s a pretty major design flaw that makes these not practical for me: the spout at the top is always open, which makes it easy for milk to leak out if you bend over or lay down. I’ve lost too much precious milk so I resorted to putting tape over the spout. Another issue I have with these is the plastic rubs against me and causes rashes so I’ve stopped using them all together. Thankfully, I discovered Elvie Catch Secure Milk Collection Cups which don’t have an opening that milk can leak out of when you’re wearing them, are more comfortable, and are more natural-looking (the oval Milkie’s Milk Savers can cause an unnatural-looking bulge in your bra). Save your money and just buy the Elvies!

Not a let down
I have a hard let down on my opposite breast when nursing and these are great for collecting any of that. I typically am changing breast pads through out the day so this helps. I donât think they are convenient to wear out in public to use due to having to find a way to keep all the leftover milk. They can get sort of uncomfortable if you wear them too long. I have forgotten that I had them in and bent over and spilled milk into my bra. That is one feature I wish it had, a plug to keep the milk from spilling out.

Super confortables.

Collected an extra oz or two with every feeding. Amazing to not waste that into a pad. Easy to slide into a bra and nice to give sensitive nipples a rest.

These are an amazing produce in theory bc they do catch a lot of milk, but be very careful. My son got thrush in his mouth while I was using these bc there is too much moisture sitting around the breast when theyâre being used. If you use just be very sure to try to keep yourself as dry as possible and wash before every feeding.

I wear these every day all the time. Sanitize once in the morning. I catch the let down while sleeping at night, and refrigerate or freez the content every couple of hrs when my child is awake. This product is designed for on the go and not really for over night, so I do experience milk over flow on to my chest. It is 1oz capacity, so sometimes it over flow when I breast feed on one side. But overall, very happy I donât have to pump to get extra milk!

These are AMAZING! They are great for catching drips and they protect your nipples from friction. If you use a nipple cream and have these on, the cream stays on your nipple instead of rubbing onto a nursing pad. I wish I had these when my daughter was first born because that is when I was the sorest. So happy to have them now. I will give these as a gift to any of my friends who have babies in the future!
