I love this clipper
So I got these because I have a senior cat who has some issues with her teeth so she can’t groom herself as well as she could before. She was so matted that I’ve used warm bathes, conditioner to work through the knots so I could see her skin to try to cut them away but she’s very grouchy and hates anything to do with being in 1 spot for so long, cutting any hair off her, won’t let me use the brushes and after I her bath I was able to cut away her matted hips. I didn’t realize that she had more under her chest until I found them so instead of stressing her out with another 3 hrs of a bath, dying and cutting the matts out I went to locate something to help me and her. Like I said she’s not one for having her long fur cut off but she was able to move better. I can tell when she does groom because I’ll see blood in a few spots from her poor gums that I’m working on with a few kinds of meds before anyone says rude things. She’s almost 11 yrs now so I’m trying to not have her go under for dental work just yet for fear of something going wrong. So my Vet & I have been doing everything else which has been helping her. I wasn’t sure how she was going to react to the sound of the clippers and me shaving her body. So it cuts like a knife going through butter, not really loud unless you add on the length pieces but I was just removing all of the hair kind of like a lion look so she tolerated it well and I was able to do it by myself which was amazing. Now everything is much better for her that I’m thinking about just shaving her sister and my 1 yr old but with winter coming it’s not smart at this second so next yr. It has helped her so much. The only time she really gave me an attitude was when I was removing hair from the sensitive parts but she needed it. She’s much happier now and her fur is growing back in nicely and it’s so soft. I highly recommend this product for grooming your cat or dog. It’s easy to clean and put back together. Oh yes the main thing I love about this set besides my color is the fact I can move freely around as needed because of them being rechargeable so there’s no cord in my way! These are awesome and all of the different colors are nice too. This product gets 1,000 stars even though I can only choose 5. I love this thing so much that I might get the bluish one or send them as gifts to my siblings and friends. S&H were great too. Well packaged also! it has a carrying case too that’s sturdy so far. I have never shaved my pets before so this was my 1st time ever with animals because I’m used to doing my boys hair and ex. I wouldn’t use people clippers to shave any animal because they’re not made for pet fur/hair. Everything you need to cut your pets hair
I really like everything that is included with this razor. The screen shows the battery life which is great. I like that its quiet and doesn’t scare our cat, there are multiple size options for blade covers, the green brush glove things is amazing and helps so much with our dogs shedding but also to actually brush out long haired cat without her running away. The scissors for the big knots in the cats fur work really well!

Not great for long hair pets
My cat has long hair that gets matted, so we got this to try and help him. It would probably do a lot better with shorter haired animals, as it took what seemed like forever to make very little progress. We did use it around the dogs ears, and he was fine with it. Dog is a catahoula if that helps.

Best bang for your buck
My cat was terrified of haircuts because the razor we were using would pull on his hair ever so slightly. With these clippers it goes through his thick fluff like butter. Theyâre extremely quiet, I donât have to worry about getting close to his ears and him panicking. I love that it doesnât have a cable and allows me to get full reach on him. Very easy to use.

Not impressed with the quality
This unit has two speeds, you push the button once to turn it on at high speed and once more to drop it down to low speed and a third time to turn it off. The button decides if it wants to respond, typically when I need it to respond it doesn’t and if I’m trying to simply remove one of the guards it will respond without even being touched.I thought my cat was just being a crybaby until I tried to use this trimmer when my beard trimmer broke. It consistently pulled on hair and was very uncomfortable.The guards fit snugly and the rotating adjustment adding or subtracting 2 mm is great, but the guards are too snug when trying to remove and more often than not the blades come off with the guard. I can imagine that the blades are not designed to be cleaned every use because reattaching them takes forever.

IT REALLY WORKS
I was at my wits end regarding my cat’s fur. He wouldn’t let me comb it, and groomers wanted a fortune to trim him. Some of them even wanted to anesthetize him. I got the set this weekend and he is currently mat free! He doesn’t even mind it much. This is a FANTASTIC product!

Worked well on old cat with mats.
This clipper helped with our 13 year old long hair cat. He had lots of small mats on his belly and hips. The clipper is pretty quiet, enough to get around our cat. We got all of his mats out in three or four sessions so that we didnât stress him out.Relief from tugging mats was visible and he seems to understand what the clipper does for him, he almost seems to enjoy getting clipped. Win!!
