Saved my life
My cat is an aggressive little man. I’ve bought 5 of these literally one at a time. I’m in awe how much my cat loves this since he refuses to use every scratcher before this one. They are so incredible and redirect my cat’s play aggressions. When my cat is done playing he simply walks up to this and stretches then lays down on the base. When hes overstimulated he walks over to this and gets his aggression out instead of attacking me. My couches are saved and so are my hands/arms. If I could give 50 stars I would. I have at least one in every room of my house now. Absolutely worth every penny. Very sturdy and long lasting. My first one is 3 months old and you can hardly tell

So happy I chose this one!
There are cheaper options and I considered them. However the shape of this one is why I chose it as it will work best in our house. I opened it expecting my 4 month old cat to not care until he got the urge to scratch and even then I thought I would have to coax him to use it.Boyyyyyy… the second I opened that plastic my cat-son lost his ever loving mind. I was too enthralled to video. This was his first reaction to catnip and I assumed all catnip must be weak as I had tried a couple differentcatnip toys.. or he was just not impressed generally and perhaps it wasn’t for him. I understand that cats may not develop a sensitivity to catnip until about their 4th month. I guess I wasn’t prepared. This is without a doubt worth the extra 10 or so bucks. He LOVES it!! He drooled all OVER it and made a crack-nip fool out of himself. It was the best! He comes to it regularly. No coaxing needed at all. Great purchase made.I, for whatever reason, assumed it would arrive assembled but alas it did not. However I thoroughly enjoyed putting it together easily whilst Fuego the boy cat was emphatically enamored with it and flailing around like he was in heaven and throwing himselfin the pieces I needed. My cat loves this thing. Again, very happy with this purchase!

Good but flimsy
This is a great cat scratch board , but a little flimsy ⦠definitely recommend buying a few at a time . Itâs certainly safe for cats , soft and holds well.

Affordable scratch boards
I love these scratch boards! They come with 5 and are double sided, so itâs like youâre getting 10! It lasts my cat quite some time, about 5-6 months. The only thing is that I wish it came with a little cat nip to put on top of the boards to promote scratching it for my cat. Luckily, I had some from previous toys sheâs received! But I love these and they are so affordable, she loves sitting on it and loves the height of it. We hide her toys behind it and itâs a little game for her!

Good cat scratcher
Bought this (as well as other scratching posts, etc.) because my daughter ill- advisedly adopted two cats, one of whom is clearly cognitively limited as he insists on scratching the daylights out of the carpet on my stairs. The other cat is smart enough to use this item; the dumb one is still shredding my carpet. Iâm going to be getting new carpet, so heâs getting declawed whether she likes it or not.

Cat loves it but it is a nightmare to assemble
There are little holes in the particleboard that you have to use plastic screws to hold all the cardboard pieces together, it comes with a weird plastic screwdriver. The holes are too small for the screws, so I had to literally use a dremel to make them bigger or this wouldnât have worked. The plastic tool is flimsy and bends the part that goes into the screw.Besides how much of a pain it is to put together, it does come with a catnip ball that rolls around between the cardboard pieces and heâs obsessed with it, so thatâs good.

Cat Loves This Thing
This thing is surprisingly sturdy and the catnip ball is a great addition! My giant cat puts all of his weight on this and it’s held up well. It helps to find a way to mount it to a location if you don’t like it being pulled all over the place. THEY KEY to this product is making sure that you put it together correctly. The big plastic screws actually hold it together really well. Just make sure to take your time putting it together straight and don’t do pilot holes or anything. When assembled correctly, this thing should last a long time.

Almost perfect, but it needs to be secured!
My cat seems to love this thing so far, but the one problem with it is that it definitely needs to be secured; we have laminate floors so I just used some double stick tape. Otherwise the thing moves all over the place and the cat doesnât want to use it. I also notice that it shreds very easily, so Iâm not sure how great the value is but seeing the cost of cardboard scratchers lately I guess it isnât too bad!
