Just what we were looking for
I didnât realize how hard it would be to find a car seat protector that didnât extend across the entire back seat (we have one of those already). This was just what we were looking for and allows plenty of room for our 70lb Pyrenees/Aust Cattle dog mix. Sturdy construction, easy to assemble and install, it will be perfect for our next trip when our doggo has to share the backseat with a human.

Backseat Cover
This is an easy install with its loops, hooks and straps. It can be very effective for someone that owns a smaller bring, than my furry puppy (Rott). It does not extend and cover the back portion of my sedan car. My puppy, was able to cross over the zipped up panel, and just sit on the back seat. The cover is heavy duty, and waterproof, that can be wiped down when needed.

It works well, but a pain to disassemble and reassemble
If you keep this set up in your car, it would be great. However, our dog is rarely in our truck, but when she is, she tends to roam too much, jumping and scratching the interior of the doors. We lift the back seats of the truck for her to ride since we have leather seats and her claws scratch them, but she then jumps on the doors to see out. This solved the issue of her messing the seats up, but taking disassembling and reassembling every time you want to use it just isn’t practical. If you regularly have your dog in the car, and can keep it set up, it’s great. Otherwise, despite it being a great product, it just didn’t work for our particular scenario.

I really like this dog seat protector because it has the side gates. A lot of times they donât have the side gates and the dog can get your door dirty. This is a really nice one.

This dog car seat is a great addition for my road trip with my Labrador. The large size provides ample space for my dog to relax during drives. The durable, waterproof material is easy to clean, and the honeycomb board keeps it stable. I love the storage bag for treats and leashes.
