Great for car travel road trips
This pet play pen is rather well engineered with PVC poles and heavy duty Oxford fabric edges and black mesh for venting and see thru. Setup is a little complicated and you need to follow the right order. Many of the poles have a middle section and two matching longer end poles, but they vary slightly in sizes. Together the 3 segments make up the support for one side of the rectangle pen. The pieces do need to be pressed into each other firmly, otherwise their extra length will keep the pen from getting square. The 3 way T joints won’t fit unless the poles are their correct compressed or inserted lengths.Desell (manufacturer) considered the issues of flexing the poles to get them to align made one edge of the length a velcro wrap vs a sewn in tube. So the design allows the pen to be taken down partially for transport. We kept the long sides together and just removed the 4 vertical poles during car travel so we could fit it in our car without breaking down the whole pen. This worked nicely at the hotels / motels to keep our pets inside an enclosed area when housekeeping came to clean the room. This prevents them from bothering the staff and kept them inside the room when the door was left open. We usually took our pets with us, however, sometimes the room cleaning timing just didn’t fit our schedule and we used the pet playpen.The larger part of the pen has a nice wide rectangle opening, which can easily fit a pet bed, or a regular size litter box and water dish and pet food inside. The bottom material is easy to clean with a damp paper towel or rag. The front door has 2 zippers to allow your pet to use it like a doggy door. We were able to convince ours with treats to enter and exit on their own. The adjoining smaller compartment is ok to add some extra space, but in the hotel, it took up too much extra room space.Overall, seemed to retain it’s shape and handle pets bouncing around inside with its sturdy PVC full box exterior frame. The poles do come apart for partial or full take apart for transport. Haven’t had any big accidents in it yet, but the material seems durable enough to be able to hose it down outside. The bottom material was easy to clean cat litter off, by shaking it to one side and wiping the dirty parts with a wet wipe. I think this is a good value, considering that boarding fees could easily exceed the price of this pen in under 1 week of use.

Super cute!
This kitty playpen is super cute! It’s well made, has mesh windows, and reinforced iron wiring. I like the colors and fabrics, it has kind of a 50s vibe. It reminds me of one of those old time diners. Anyway, I like that it can be used as a carrier, too, and that the litter box can be put in a separate area.

Great Size, Easy To Setup & Easy To Fold Up & Store
I ordered this cat/dog playpen for indoor use & outdoor travel. This playpen should be used by small dogs or cats. The playpen is framed by PVC pipes so that it is a sturdy, extremely firm frame and a safe area for your small cat/dog to play in & have fun. This crate is foldable, it has a removable zipper top. You can also use the small end for a cat litter box or whatever you choose. The small end of this playpen is removable if you choose to do so. The playpen is covered in very sturdy 600D oxford fabric with breathable mesh windows, backup iron wiring. All of this ensures good ventilation and gives you the ability to see and check on your pet easily. This playpen is easy to set-up, it expands and you attach the small end by zipper. This playpen comes with a storage bag, fold up the pen and put it in the bag and tuck it away for later use. I do recommend this to others.

Great for a move with cats
We wanted something that would give our cats space but also have a place for a litter box for them to use. I love that it comes with a carrying case to store when done with it. Works great. Recommend!

I am reviewing the DESELL Divisible Small Cat Kitten Puppy Dog Pet Playpen Kennel Tent Cage, Green….This is a great little set up. The initial set up was a little tough to do, but now that it has been washed a couple of times, it is easy to reassemble the unit. I am a foster farm, so I get a lot of puppies and cats that come through and have a place to rest their heads while they wait to be adopted, and this unit is handy for isolating the new ones, or separating males from females during heat cycles. It is perfect for your pet if visiting, so they have a safety place to go in a strange place. So many different uses for this product. But do keep in mind, that it will not hold an animal in, that does not want to be there. When push comes to shove, only metal is going to contain, that type of personality. It is really easy to wash and hang dry. I really can’t say anything bad about it. Overall an excellent product, that I would recommend to others with a need.
