Product 10/10 Service 10/10
Iâve been using the Pedagogo Dog Puzzle for a while now, and itâs quickly become a favorite in our household. I have two small dogs, and they canât get enough of it! The puzzle is designed to hide food in different compartments, and my dogs love the challenge of figuring out how to open each section. Whether it’s their kibble or small bits of cheese, theyâre always excited to see whatâs inside. One of the things I really appreciate about this puzzle is how it keeps them mentally stimulated. Itâs not just about getting the food; it encourages problem-solving and keeps them engaged for longer periods of time. Iâve noticed that the puzzle helps them focus, which is a bonus since it also naturally trims their nails as they interact with it. Itâs the perfect combination of fun and function. When I ran into an issue with a damaged piece (my fault â I didnât handle it properly), I contacted Pedagogo, and I was blown away by their customer service. Instead of just sending a replacement part, they sent me a whole new puzzle! I was genuinely surprised by how generous and responsive they were, especially when I offered to pay for the new puzzle.Overall, I canât recommend Pedagogo enough. The puzzle itself is a fantastic tool for both entertainment and nail trimming, and the companyâs commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional. 10/10, highly recommend!

Good product
I really like this product and I think that it could be really useful. Although I canât seem to get my dog to understand how she is supposed to get the treats and she just ends up tipping it over, she does scratch at it some also. Her not understanding is not the fault of the toy tho, thatâs just her brain (sheâs a little silly).

Waste of money
My dog has no idea how to get the food and itâs just been sitting on the floor. Nails are still long.

Works great
It took my dog maybe a minute to figure out what she needed to do to get her food. Once she figured it out so absolutely loved it! My dog is hard to cute nails on so this as worked amazingly on filing down her nails and I no longer need to wrestle her to do her nails.
Tacklebox –
Not terrible
It works ok and is easy to fill and clean but it slides all over the place and the holes are a bit small for my dogs usual food. Would be better with a suction cup on the bottom or something and bigger slots

My pup said that he just didn’t like this one…
The idea seems great but my pup understands but just doesn’t seem to care to push the button. What’s odd is that he’s very food motivated but somehow he thinks this is either beneath him or too difficult. Part of it might be his arthritis which limits him a little but for whatever reason, he just does not connect with it. Oh, and we had to glue it to a bigger board because it wound up slipping all over which made it even more difficult and that may have put him off to the thoughts of playing with it.

Dog loves it!
This is a nice toy to give my dog while I am gone during the day. My dog is a year old and has high anxiety. He likes to dig and scratch so it’s nice that this has a nail file that will grind his nails down and make them not as sharp.

Parfait pour donner le dîner au chien et quâils ce lime les griffes en même temps. Faire attention au nombre de fois que le chien lâutilise et essayer de lui apprendre à utiliser les deux pattes. Mon chien tape toujours avec ma même pattes

This puzzle toy is quite small but it entertained my medium-sized dogs for an hour or so. You can put small treats or kibble pieces in the center. The idea is that the dogs have to press the centerpiece with the nail grinding sandpaper down to move the treats into the little compartments. Then they can get the treats out of the compartments. It works well overall but my youngest pup avoided the nail grinding by using his snout when playing with this puzzle toy.
I didn’t even get the papers in the box! Where are they? At this price … –
Nous avons même pas reçu les papiers dans la boites â¦

C’est très bien pour occuper son chien, mais les petites portes ne sont pas assez solides. En une semaine, mon beagle en a déjà brisé 5…

definitely for small to smaller medium dogs. I have a lab/shep cross and this just too small for him to actually use to grind his nails.
