Absolutely lifesaving!!!
While pregnant i did a ton of research on breastfeeding, but completely neglected pumping. I am now in a situation where pumping is my only option and dealt with painful engorgement and extremely painful areolas from the wrong size flange. After my godsend of a doula told me about these i discovered I’m 13mm. which is hilarious considering the smallest flange the hospital provided was 21mm. not only that but they never once mentioned measuring myself in order to avoid pain and damage to my ducts.

Good if you have no idea what size you are
I liked that this came with different sizes to try but I would have rather a slightly cheaper option with less range. I knew about what size I needed so I did not the full range but for someone who has no idea what size they might be, this could be very helpful

So helpful to have for pumping!
I tried to get the lactation consultant in the hospital size me and she just waved it off and told me 24mm flanges would be fine, but they were so uncomfortable and I found that the pump was sucking my whole breast in. After getting this and sizing myself, I should be using a 17 mm! Wow! What a difference it makes! This is great to have in the home, but would also be helpful for any lactation consultants to use as well!

Must have for labor bag
Hospitals often do not carry the size flange you need. This product allows you to keep measuring yourself as things go and give a wide variety of inserts to get you started pumping. This is esp important if baby is in nicu or for some reason you are unable to breast feed right away. Being able to pump is crucial to success, and you need the right flange size too! I’d love to also see this in even sizes.

Great pack
This is a great starter pack if your unsure of your size. I was having trouble getting my milk supply up with exclusively pumping and was told but a lot of people I probably had the wrong flange size. This helped me confirm the right size for me and has the flange adjustments to make sure you get a perfect fit.

Nice flange sizing
This was a nice silicone flange sizing kit. It is good to have silicone instead of hard plastic, which is much gentler on our sensitive parts. The included flanges help you double-check the sizes. I don’t think it is necessary to have the bags bundled in the kit. I think it is just a promotion to get you to buy their bags. I would prefer to just get these separately and stick with the bags that work best for us.
