Came apart, child fell
I j have had this high chair for one year. My husband put the chair together. My 2 year old grandson started to use a step stool to get into his high chair. He put one foot on the step stool and another on the foot rest and climbed into his chair. I did not realize there was a half inch screw on each side holding it together. My grandson was getting out of his chair and fell because the foot rest broke off the chair. I was wrong in assuming the chair was safer than it was. Just want others to know. I think the footrest could be better secured to the chair.

Bought this 3 months ago. THe pad is starting to wear already and turning pink. It fits in the space I needed. Tray stays on and is easy to clean. It works fine however it’s not the sturdiest highchairs I’ve owned. Probably won’t last 15 years like my last one.
