These books are very simple and straight-forward with each indicating a certain subject. His favorite is the “numbers” book because it has cats, a dog, balls, dolls, and more words he knows. With each book, he sees simple pictures, and he learns more and more words as he reads. If he’s reading about shapes, it’ll show what resembles the shape next to it, so he can learn more about the world as he’s learning about shapes, so it’s very beneficial for his social skills! He’s slightly speech delayed, so these books have really helped him learn more words while learning how to communicate more effectively.
