Works well in Ford F150
I put this on the backseat of my F150. Gives my two Great Pyrenees more room in the backseat. Creates better stability for the dogs and a smoother ride for them since they no longer fall off the seat. My dogs tend to get car sick and this seems to have reduced their motion sickness. It was easy to install although it was too big and I had to trim the size down a bit with a hand saw. My fault for not measuring the backseat better. I like the end flaps which keeps the dogs off the doors. When the dogs are not in the backseat, the platform helps keep my groceries from falling off the seat onto the floor and rolling around. Storage pockets are very handy. Material seems durable so far. Time will tell how long it can hold up to the dogs nails, but so far so good. I havenât washed it yet but it does vacuum easily.

Works in tiny cars too!
I have a very small hatchback / subcompact and wasn’t sure if this product would fit – but it does, just! Small car owners may need to tie an extra knot in the headrest and top handle straps to shorten them enough to ensure a snug fit.Otherwise, this product was easy to install and seems to provide a flat, stable, and extended place for dogs to sit. I like that the three-part base allows it to be partially folded to accommodate a human passenger and that I can still access the rear footwells for extra storage on long car trips. The built in pockets are deep enough to hold extra leashes, treats, or grooming equipment. There’s even a separate storage bag that the whole unit packs up into. And the orange accents add a nice pop of color! The mesh screen is a nice touch and will help with air flow and visibility, but it isn’t much of a barrier: big dogs will find it easy to climb or jump over.All in all, I like it a lot and think it will be a great protective addition to my little car!

This is made really well. I like that it has a nice carrying bag too. I love the extra room it gives so my dog can be safely contained in the backseat instead of all over the suv. I wasnât sure about the size but I bought it for a 2021 Kia Sorento. You wonât be disappointed!Update- This is really great. Used it for a long trip. I wanted to make it a little tighter so I double wrapped the straps that go around the headrest and it made the sides more firm. My dog had no issue with slipping and had so much more room in the backseat. Again you wonât be disappointed!

Does okay in 2024 Ram crew cab
Purchased to keep my dogâs claws and fur off the leather seats in my 2024 Ram crew cab. Initial assembly was a bit of a pain in the butt, having to work the rigid floor pieces into their pockets and get it all situated in the back seat, but nothing terrible. The vertical flaps which protect the backs of the seats (forward and aft) are good and can be adjusted to keep everything out of the way. The end flaps at the doors were my only real âconâ, though. Each side zips up and has a strap youâre supposed to loop through the roof handle to support the end piece. In my truck there is no overhead grab handle, so I had to loop it through the handle on the B pillar and hat made the end flap somewhat distorted. Minor stuff. What I didnât like, though, is that the overall look city of the whole assembly is a few inches shorter than the width of the truck, so when my dog wants to get close to the truck window and stick his head out his claws pull apart the plastic (?) zippers on that end flap. So far Iâve been able to re-engage the zippers each time but I dunno how long that will continue to be true. One other fairly small thing is that the material is slippery and the padding is thin. I have a 70 lb dog and he slides when I turn corners, which he hates and Iâm not thrilled about. I added pads on top of the protector assembly to help him feel stable.Overall opinion: Itâs okay. Did the job of keeping him off the leather and still allowing him to see me in the front, look out his window, and survived a week long camping trip. The only visible damage is those dumb zippers – they need to be much heavier duty. Maybe rubberized material on the bottom panel to help dogs not slide around. I donât regret buying but Iâm not ecstatic about it. If I were buying another one Iâd probably try something else just to see.

Easy to install, and works!
Iâm really happy with this so far. Have been looking for something for our shepherd, so sheâs more comfortable in the back seat, and easy for me to not have all that hair weaving into the carpet. This fit perfectly, the dimensions were spot on. Our dog seems quite safe standing on it, it isnât giving way or flexing that I can tell. And it covers up enough that I can sweep up the hair easier too. She hops right up onto it and settles right down.

Have been more pleased with this product than I thought I would have been. It is sturdy, keeps my truck clean and protected from dog hair. Keeps my dog safe and no more falling off the seat . Has pockets to hold thing so honestly also keeps things from rolling around in my back seat . Love it !

Best Dog Purchase Ever!
This back seat extender was the best purchase. The fact that the extender has a hard bottom is amazing. It makes it so sturdy which is so important for bigger dogs! My dog loves riding in the back seat now that she does not have that weird soft space with the other back seat tacos. I did have to get a wire divider to keep her contained in the back as the mesh was no match for a very determined puppy! The extender has tons of pockets which come in handy when traveling. Great product at a great price and a must have for any dog owner!
