Works great on my Bostonâs!!
This is actually probably the âbestâ flea comb Iâve ever used. I donât really have a regular flea issue, so the combs will inevitably get lost or tossed out and Iâll end up buying a new one the next time we see signs of fleas. Some combs Iâve gotten over the years claim to be for short haired dogs but the teeth are so close together, a single hair literally cannot even get between the teeth… or theyâve had no handles and your hand gets soaked as I rinse any fleas Iâve nabbed between combings. This comb tackles both issues flawlessly! The teeth are perfect for my Boston Terriers. Both are obviously short haired, but One has a very silky-soft, sleek, coat. And the other has a sorta thick, coarse, hair in comparison. It works equally well on both of them.We recently had a flea problem. I Couldnât figure out why I couldnât get rid of them and it turned out they were in the yard! I sprayed the yard with Neem oil, put 5-10 drops of Neem oil in a cup of water, and dipped the comb before each go through their hair. Problem solved literally overnight. Neem oil might smell like garbage, but it is safe, natural, and INSTANTLY kills adult fleas on contact! It also disrupts the hormone cycle of younger stage fleas making it impossible for them to reproduce. Itâs my secret weapon. You can buy 100% cold pressed Neem on Amazon. But combing really is crucial too!

Cat people, these combs are better than the ones for cats.
Longer tines. Catches and holds the fleas better than the ones for cats.

Overall a good flea comb
This flea comb works pretty well. I like that it has a handle so I can easily dip it in a cup of water and Dawn dish soap to kill the fleas without getting my whole hand wet. The fleas are fairly easy to get out too. DONâT BUY the one with double rows of teeth because the fleas are really hard to get out of the comb! Btw, I know this says âdogâ flea comb, but it works perfectly fine on cats with different lengths of coats too. I already have a few flea combs, but Iâm buying more because I sanitize them in between animals, so in a multi-pet household, and the fact that I rescue animals, itâs easier to have a few on hand so I can comb one animal after the other instead of waiting for them to be sanitized.Overall, this is a good flea comb.

Works great
Works extremely well and can get multiple fleas at the same time. The problem is that the fleas can jump so you kinda have to hold them on the comb and I recommend throwing the fleas into a water and soap mixture because it makes them sink if itâs just water they will stay at the surface and climb out of the container

Best flea comb I’ve used
This flea comb does the job, and it’s affordable. I’ve tried plastic combs, thinking I was saving money, but they just weren’t up to the task. The metal teeth in this one are strong, rigid, and perfectly spaced. It’s great as a deep grooming comb, as well as for removal of fleas. This is my second purchase of this item. I’ve had the first for about five years, and I wanted a spare.

Needs more work
This comb is OK but still leaves fleas in the hair. The bristles on the brush are a little too rigid.

Easy to use.. excellent results
I’m very pleased with this product. My Yorkie loves it and it helps his skin feel better. I clean it with alcohol after each use. The comb is small enough for me to use and it’s compact so I can keep it by my bed.
