Fits perfectly
The flanges fit perfectly into my lansinoh duo. I’m extremely greatful to finally have some flanges that fit and they were much cheaper than if I bought them from lansinoh. I also liked hoe i could try multiple different sizes. I appreciate the sizing chart too. I found out the nurse at my hospital had measured me wrong and that is why all the flanges I kept trying were too big.

The pump I got through my insurance has only 24mm flanges and the extras were expensive and I honestly didn’t even know what size I needed. I just knew they didn’t fit and they really hurt me. I was barely getting one to one and half ounces each pump too. I took a chance on these, I got the sizing tool too. One of my girls is a 20mm the other is a 19. There’s a considerable size difference with them but I try to remember they’re sisters, not twins. I put the 21mm flange insert in my existing flanges and the very first pump I did, I produced 3.5 ounces. First time ever in my entire pumping experience with two babies have I ever got this much. There was no pain during pumping either. The only con I can say about them is when you take them off after you’re done, the suction is a little pinchy right where the edge of the insert is. They’re super flexible though and do provide a little bit of cushion against the hard plastic flange.I’d buy these again, I’m so happy with my purchase. They’re real affordable and for the price I didn’t know what to expect. I was just desperate to try anything.Buy them!!!

When you’re on your pumping journey, few things are more important than determining your correct flange size. MOST PEOPLE are NOT a standard 24mm!When I had my first kid, we would use a stiff plastic gauge meant for tools to determine flange size… no fun. This is the same format but made just for moms/lactating partners! The silicone is soft and the sizing is accurate. Keep in mind you want to find the smallest size that is comfortable for you to fit through, then your flange size is 1-2mm larger than that. If you fall between sizes, get a pair of inserts for each size and see what feels best! This is a tool you’ll want to keep and revisit, as your size can change over time. I especially love having a tool to be able to loan my new parent friends to help their experience. But I want it back afterwards…

If you are wanting to use a breast pump, finding the right size flange is a must. Most pumps come with 21/24 mm sizes. And most women are not these sizes, milk supply can really suffer with the wrong size. Really good price considering itâs really only a 1/2 time use but wouldnât want to spend anymore. Iâll probably pass on to a friend.
