Fantastic product; fantastic company!
First, I want to say that this is the best company ever that I have had to deal with! John Kevin was the most helpful assistant I have ever encountered. Second. This machine is amazing. I bought my first one, white in 2017. It travel the world with me! Recently I purchased a black one for myself and two more for my Adult children. My son and I live in places where there are chickens roaming free and now we can sleep even when they’re crowing. My daughter has noisy neighbors and they party in the yard. With this sleep aid, she can sleep soundly.I’d like to say more about the company. One of my units didn’t come with a part. Amazon sent a package that we could see had been previously opened. Amazon should not have done that. I called Pure and they were incredible! The representatives name was John Kevin. They gave me the choice of dealing with Amazon or with them. I chose to deal with them because John Kevin was so kind and efficient. I explained the part that was missing and he was extremely helpful and patient and understood. He made every effort to make the customer, me, happy. I cannot recommend this product more highly nor can I recommend this company more highly. I look forward to purchasing other items that they sell.Oh, I forgot to tell you that the actual sounds that the unit makes a quiet authentic! I love sleeping with the rain storm myself but I could sleep with the ocean or out camping with the crickets. Do yourself a favor and get this unit. Happy with my purchase
I live on a very busy main road with jerk drivers revving their stupid beaters at all hours of the night, this machine does an impressive job blocking out the noise. I keep it right next to my bed, between the windows & myself for optimal blocking of road noise. The setup is simple, screw in the “leg” on the back for it to lean upright on, plug the adapter into the back, plug it in the wall & hit power. Hit the power button again for the first timer setting, again for the second timer setting, again for the third timer setting, and again if you want to power off. Volume is a basic dial, works great. My favorite sound option is the fan, sounds so realistic, I’d rate it 5/5. The white noise sounds just like a TV that is showing a fuzzy white screen, as it should, 5/5. I like the rain option but was a little disappointed because it has the sound of drops hitting collected water (like a subtle plopping sound) in portions of it, not just the sound of rain against a tin roof or a window…but I’d still rate that option 4/5. I don’t care for the running water option as the loop is not well disguised so it sounds like something moving around in the water more than the smooth babbling stream I expected it to be & it kind of gives me anxiety cuz my brain gets tricked into thinking water is left on in my house, 2/5. The ocean is good, 4/5. The outdoor night sounds would be awesome, except there is a bit of excess noise, almost like white noise + night sounds, in the recording, 4/5. I may adjust my rating as I continue to use this product, but so far I’m happy with it.

Like it but not love it
The sound is not too strong and the selections are no different than other. I was expecting on more sounds of a piano playing combined with ocean waves or a bird humming not a sound of a cricket.

The Wave Deluxe Sound Therapy System is even better than we imagined. The soothing sounds literally make you fall to sleep. We have tried the timer option but prefer to leave the unit on the entire night – in case we wake and need assistance falling back to sleep. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in a relaxing nights sleep, or a calm rest in the midday.

All of the sounds are horrible except for the lullaby. Luckily that’s all I needed it for and so far has been a life saver for drowning out noise. It has the option to play all night which is excellent. It would be nice if it had a wide variety of other lullabies instead of horror movie sounds.
