Works on Cats and Dogs
I like the design of this brush, removing the hair from the brush is just a push of the button and the hair slides right off. I tested it on two cats, one ran away, but the other seemed to like it and it got a bit of loose fur. I also tried it on our dogs and it worked great. All the animals have short hair and are not double coated, I don’t think this would work as well on a long haired pet. It does feel like really cheap/thin plastic too, I’m not sure how long this will stand up to frequent use, but it does work better than I expected.

Works Great, didn’t seem to bother my cat
This brush is EXCELLENT! I tried brushing one of my cats with a different style brush recently and it appeared to hurt him, he didn’t enjoy it. Completely different experience using this one. It removed all of his loose fur and it was easy to get it off the brush by pushing the button on the back. If you have a sensitive animal or one that doesn’t like to be brushed this is a great brush to use on them!!
