Best books ever for touch and feel books!
Someone gifted us Never Touch a Porcupine and from that time forward, our now 1 yo has been hooked on this book series. For her recent birthday, I bought her the Hippo one and it’s been just as great of a hit! She pulls this from her extensive book collection multiple times a week and some evenings I’m reading it 4 times for her joy and amusement. She likes the rhyming and the rubbery, silicon textures are fun and interesting. She enjoys seeing what sounds they make when rubbing her fingers or other toys over them, too. Us adults enjoy the rhymes as well, they’re clever and funny and the artwork is as well. Really enjoyable for all involved! Good size and weight, easy to clean the silicon pieces if needed, affordable, and repeatedly used.

Great texture on every page
The story is very cute. What caught my nephewâs interest was the texture of each animal on each of the pages. The book is sturdy and can handle him exploring it.

The product description says there are 10 pages, but there are in fact only 8. Since all toddlers I know love those books, I would still recommend it. But it does have less pages than it says.
