Nice pen
I got one for my cheweenie puppy. I have put it in my kitchen and I donât have worry about stepping on her. I put her water and food along with a blanket in her play pen and she is happy watching me without getting in the way. Light enough to take outside while rving.

Dangerous!
I bought this dog playpen for two 7 week old puppies, to help contain them while I housetrain them. This pen is dangerous. The panel pieces have rounded corners creating dips between each panel – if a dog tries pawing or jumping at the side these rounded corners allow dogs paws to slip between the panels and hang or pinch between hinge posts, risking injury.Additionally, the looped extra long hinge pins/stakes that both hold the panels together and stake the pen into the dirts, when used indoors they extend above the pen. This can pose serious injury or strangulation if a dog jumps and catches the loop or pin just right. I was seated directly behind my puppy when this happened, and immediately caught how he was dangling in the air from the loop end by his collar unable to break free.For both of these reasons I would recommend anyone using this only do so with direct supervision. I would also suggest using zip ties to hold the panels together for indoor use rather than the posts for safety purposes. As far as the durability, it seems rigid enough to withstand small breeds, but not constructed well at all for determined puppies. The safety concerns would have me rate this zero stars if I could.

Panels a bit smaller than other manufacy
They did match up with my other panels. Connecting rods are definitely nicer as well as finish. Shipping was the real issue here. Box was beat up panels on outside edges of box were bent up but luckily I was able to straighten them out only had one panel where one of the rods broke free of the edge. Little disappointed in Amazons handling.

this pen is great! you can stake it down outside or use in inside. I have mine inside with a few puppies in it. Theere is plenty of room for 3 pups, a potty mat, food, water and room to play! I definitely recommend.

Lock on gate doesnât work.
I purchased this product so that it would arrive just prior to me getting a puppy. It arrived earlier than expected, which was absolutely wonderful, but once we put the eight panels together, we noticed that the lock on the gate is stuck and we are unable to open or close the gate. It almost appears as though it is bent into the locked position. I did not return the item because I was picking up my puppy the next morning and needed to have something available at home to place him in. In order to use this item we have to remove a small pole that holds each section together and move an entire panel to get in and out. This makes things much more challenging when trying to put the puppy in there and get a door closed so that he doesnât get out. It would be wonderful if there was a way to just get replacement for the panel with the door and lock on it.
