Great Buy
I have a 110-pound German Sheppard who goes to daycare every day in the backseat of my Lexus ES 300.This is hands down the best car seat cover I have ever purchased. My dog loves the extra space it provides when he lays down, and I really like the fit and coverage for my seats.

Dog approved! Simple to use, good pet transportation option.
While they are normally in the way back for long trips, Iâve driven my dogs around in town for 20 years with them sliding around on the seats. This is a very simple system to make them more comfortable, while also protecting the interior or the car. Itâs innovative, and folds up into a carrying bag that is about 24â x 18â when not installed. It took me less than 4 minutes to get it installed in the car, although Iâm guessing fishing the included leash tethers and seatbelt mechanisms through the supplied cut-outs would take another 60 seconds.I like the mesh center portion, so the dogs are able to see out the front of the car and it would allow for air movement if your car rear seat vents are located in the center console. Material seems durable enough, the padded lower portion didnât have any issues and my dogs are in need of a manicure at the moment. Because it is flat, you could easily wipe it out to clean if they make a mess.It fit my Toyota Sequoia back seat perfectly, so Iâm assuming it will work for any full size car, truck or SUV. I like the accent colors used in the reinforced areas for the headrest straps, and the pockets are useful to hold the leash tethers, etc. Both sides zip up to keep them from climbing on the door and have a support strap to hang from the grab handle.Packed well in box and bag, so I have no complaints. I recommend if you are searching for one of these for your pet, mine definitely seemed happier to have a more stable platform to ride around on and no more scratches in the leather.

Nice Extender – Strong, Durable, and Excellent Value
After buying a seat extender for my mother, now my step-dad wants in on the action with an extender for his car. We have a 35lb dog, and sometimes he will take her to work at his nursing facility to “cheer up the residents.” ðUnfortunately, sometimes she gets carsick, and she moves around a lot, and REALLY likes to jump into the front seat – something that is very dangerous when driving. Now that we have this, many of these issues are resolved. Yes, she can still jump over the middle separation barrier between the front and back seats, BUT there is a seat belt latch that you can attach to the collar, preventing her from being able to jump into the front, but still allowing her to see out the windows and have plenty of mobility. She also hasn’t gotten sick since installing this – likely because it’s a more calm, enclosed space for her. It affords superb protection for the seating in the car, and keeps her off the floor mats, giving her overall more space to move about. So our four-legged ambassador can now go to work in style, cheering up the residents and visiting more often. It makes transporting her much easier and safer, so my step-dad wants to take her with him more often. So really, it’s a win for him, for our dog, and all the residents at the nursing facility.Overall, this is a very durable, easy-to-clean, and sturdy extender, and we have nothing but praises for it. If you would like to take your four-legged friend with you more often, and more safely, then I very much recommend this extender. It’s a great value for the money, and we are happy we got it. Five stars from me. ð

Fits well, extends the seat and easy to clean
This back seat protector and extender fits well in my â24 Subaru Crosstrek and eliminates the space between the back seat and the front seat so that my dog canât fall or jump down into the back seat well. it also prevents sand and debris from falling into the seat well after she gets back into the car. It was very easy to install.I had difficulty installing a different, soft quilted fabric seat protector but this one went in and fit just fine. I particularly like the design features of this cover which include a screen preventing my dog from slipping into the front seats and the two side flaps that protect the side doors and come down or go back up easily to let her in or out. There are also two backseat pockets for her toys, leash and doggie bags which are very convenient rather than having those things sit and slide along the back seat. The cover is both waterproof and easily cleaned with a soft wet or dry cloth. I had been concerned at first that the smooth PU surface might lead to my dog slipping or sliding but she is just fine with it and has had no difficulty staying stationary. I was also concerned that the PU material might be prone to being scratched or even torn by her nails, but so far that hasnât happened and the material seems to be sturdy. The protector also comes with a thin bag to put it back into whenever I need to take it out to accommodate a backseat human passenger. This is an excellent cover and extender.

Fits in small car, smooth faux leather, very nice!
I have another one of these extenders for my SUV and canât recommend them enough. This time I got one for a smaller car, an Acura TSX. It still fits fine! My dog doesnât fall and she can easily move around. Whatâs nice about this one in particular is it comes with a pet seatbelt and itâs a smooth faux leather. You can easily wipe off any fur or mud/dirt! You donât need to put it in the washing machine! It has a great carry case to use for storage when not in use and it comes with the hard extender pieces already in the seat protector. The previous one I have had to be assembled. Install was easy, you lay it down in the back seat and the lift up the sides and clip it around the headrests. Side note.. I also use it for hiding things behind my seat, since you canât see below it. I shove everything on the floorboard below the extender and you canât see anything is there for when you arenât in your car. You might find a cheaper one, but this one has a fabulous âfabricâ, comes with a great carrying case and is very easy to install. This is a must have for your pups. They will love their updated ride.

Love this product ! My very large ( 50kg ) pup slips and slides around when in the back seat. This eliminates all the problems with her sliding and/or falling in the gap . Its super sturdy and extends the back seat so puppers have a solid base to stand on . There’s a spot for me to put the seat belt through, which I click her attachment to, so she is secure whilst travelling in the car. Looks and feels very well made and its perfect for my needs. Would definitely recommend this seat extender to others that face the same issues when taking their pooches in the car. Awesome, very happy !

The hard base makes such a difference and really makes the back seat feel so much more spacious for your pet.We only have a small dog but he hates cars, always has. But with this he didn’t seem as bad because he didn’t have the fear of falling off the seat.Has surrounds everywhere and protects your seats and inside your car- this also makes it perfect for if you need to transport something, set this up and put it in the back knowing your back seats wont be ruined or scratched up.note: Doesn’t look as perfect as the ad when set up in my car but does function really well and the hard base is really good feature.

Now this item does not look as perfect as the product photo on the advertisement, but it is very good all the same. It comes in a handy carry bag and is very easy to install. There is mesh that lines up between the front seat so the dog can see through. The side panels protect the doors. There are some handy pouches built in for carrying items that are behind the front seats. The hard floor makes a big difference and has really helped our older dog as it is more stable.

For our four-legged back seat passenger this was an ideal addition.Previously Leahlea (that’s our dog), she was not a big fan of riding in the back seat, but this was all solved, why?1/ The extender took away the “fear” of falling off the seat into the gap in front.2/ It created her own safe and secure environment.3/ And the open mesh allowed her to remain part of the conversation. From an aesthetics perspective, the extender fitted neatly into the car and didn’t look out of place at all!.

Straight out of the box, this back seat extender feels like itâs made to last. It comes in a handy storage bag, which is nice for keeping things tidy when itâs not in use. Setting it up is simpleâjust unfold it, clip it to the headrests, and youâre good to go. Once in place, it feels secure and doesnât shift around. The hard base is a big plus. It gives a sturdy surface that lets my dog move around or lie down comfortably without slipping into the gaps between the seats. The size is just right for our car, roomy enough for our two medium dogs to stretch out. The material appears tough and should be able to handle a lot of use without showing wear.It seems well-designed to handle wet and muddy situations. I can imagine after a rainy walk this cover would do a good job keeping the back seat dry and clean. Cleaning it is easyâa quick wipe with a cloth does the trick. The raised sides will do a great job of keeping scratches off the rest of the car.The mesh window is a nice feature, letting the dog feel connected while traveling. The extra pockets are very handy for stashing toys, treats, or leashes, making trips more organized. When not in use, itâs easy to remove and folds up neatly, taking up hardly any space. Whether for everyday use or longer road trips, this extender makes traveling with pets so much easier.
