Forgive my cheesy title but the Medela Harmony has quite honestly been one of the BEST investments I could have made in my breastfeeding journey. It is easy to use, clean, and reassemble. I was able to express colostrum with it before giving birth. It helped me through the trenches of primary engorgement when I thought my boobs were surely going to fall off – I would use it on the side my baby did not nurse on just to relief some pain and pressure. I’m 2 months postpartum now and still use this pump to express breast milk if I need a quick option for relief and do not want to hook myself to my Spectra. I did have to get different flange sizes though as the pump itself only comes with 24 mm flanges. Personally, feels like a must have item for me during postpartum.

i honestly love this manual pump the best way to use it is using the small side for at least 1-2 minutes then switching to the longer side and slowly pulling down and holding for two seconds and release it gets the milk out faster and in large amounts when done that way!

BEST PURCHASE EVER
I wish i had this for my first!! My second baby born in July and i HATE pumping so i made it a goal to not pump ever unless completely necessary. I have an electric pump from spectra and i absolutely hate it. Also there is nothing worse than waking up at 3 AM being so engorged and having to connect yourself to electric pump; put on nursing bra etc. last night i woke up around 4 AM so uncomfortable and full and i used this hand pump was done in about 6 min and got 5 oz on one side!! It was so quick and easy and not only that, it also efficiently removed the milk from my breasts!! My electric pump barely ever got 2 oz from one side and i also felt uncomfortable still and it took like 30 min on the dumb thing. Anyways if you are looking for a quick easy way to relive some pressure when experiencing engorgement highly recommend this!! I seriously never write reviews but being able to be comfortable quickly at 4 AM last night i was singing it such high praises lol

Awesome for a breastfeeding mom
I used a haakaa in my first pregnancy due to a lactation consult talking them up for me, but I thought I’d try this out with my second to help build a pump stash and this thing does not disappoint! I was able to use the flange it came with, and once you find your groove with the pump mechanism, it is very easy to empty a breast in just around 10 minutes. It’s also very useful if your little one (like mine) falls asleep while feeding and you need to relieve the discomfort of a full boob lol. can’t recommend enough!

I was needing a hand pump for when I go back to work and this set was perfect! I use a Haakaa usually so I am excited to have this version as I love the way they work and that this one has a lanyard. I have spilt to many ounces of milk without one!

This pump is great! Itâs easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and not to many parts! Suction is great and is dependent on how fast you pump it manually. I stopped using all my other pumps as this is easier to travel with and clean.

I found this hard to use, the flange size is one size so you have to order the correct one, or use an insert. The suction is good, I feel like it can be better though. Overall itâs meh, nothing out of this world. Three stars because I wonât get much use out of it and you canât return once used.

Would highly recommend this product. I have spent hundreds of dollars on electric pumps including the Medela pump in style, Medela Freestyle with the PersonalFit Flex and Hands-Free Collection cups, and the Spectra S1, but none of them have the same output as this. My babes also loves contact naps and itâs super easy and convenient to use with a baby on you (especially during early morning feeds). I am debating buying a second one to be able to do both breasts at once. I hope this works as well for you as it does for me to minimize frustration!
