I absolutely love these!
I have an older large dog who would never in her wildest dreams wear shoes, or socks! But she has bad back legs and slips around a lot on our hard floors! I had no idea these existed until somebody I knew with the same problem had found out about them through a vet. I wasnât quite sure if they would work, but they really do. The fit is perfect. You donât need to size up or size down. I could only imagine theyâre comfortable because it doesnât seem to phase my dog when she has them on. They are super functional and easy to use. Plenty of paw protection and coverage. And Iâd say a pair of them last my dog at least a few days before they come off on their own. The grips on them work fantastic and when sheâs wearing them, she does not slip at all.

Love this product! Size up.
I use these regularly. My dog has a weak leg due to a part ccl tare. All of our floors are wood or tile amd she slides around when walking so these have helped give her some traction! They stick on so easily and come off after being worn down, doesn’t seem to bother her one bit. They work great!! Only thing I would say is size up even if you measure. I have a small yellow lab and her paws could use some more of coverage but even if you get too small, it still works so don’t stress too much!

There are probably no pet paw grips that will stay on for long periods if your pet goes outside and romps through the grass. I found these to work pretty well and are easy to apply (if you can get the dog to stand still).

I have a 45lb Australian shepherd and the size guide was perfect! She is 15yrs old and was slipping a lot on our wood floors. She is getting around SO much better already. So far on day 3 of these staying on her pads so I see no issue with duration of these pads. You donât even know theyâre there either! She leaves them alone. I tried shoes before and that was such a bulky mess that she hated. I LOVE THESE!!!! Thank you for improving the quality of her life.

Great for traction for dog
Bought for my older dog who has began having trouble on LVT floors. It has helped him tremendously. They are easy to apply with great grip. You can apply whole or trim to place to each pad(our preference). Very durable. Color blends with pads.

Aggressively Adhesive In A Bad Way
11 year old corgi managed to yank off one when she got her cone of shame off while I was in the shower. She has minor but progressing hind end paralysis so she’s sometimes unstable on slippery floors.I took a comment’s suggestion and cut each toe to apply each piece separately. They fit way better this way! Until she pulled off some of the toes and I realized that it’d pulled off a bit of her paw pad! Very superficial, not bleeding, but holy smokes! I slowly got the rest off over the rest of the night and a few more pulled off a thin layer of her paw pads! I had even made her stay in the tub for 5 minutes with some warm water to help try to take them off and it didn’t seem to help.IDK how long they’d have lasted on her, but these are aggressively adhesive. I’d rather have to reapply them regularly than worry about the adhesive hurting her poor feet every time I needed to replace them due to them being dirty, worn down, or whatever. They did work in regards to her walking a little better on slick floors, though.

XXXL Size Way to Small For a Great Dane – Update 08/21/2020
UPDATE: 08/21/2020Now that weâve been using these a few days I can add a bit more information.1) cutting the adhesive patches into 4 and sticking them on the individual pads was a bad idea. They donât stick very well at all and most fall off by the end of the day. Placing the entire patch on the paw – even though too small – works much better.2) adhesion is a problem. When theyâre on, they work. Keeping them on is the issue. Even applying the entire patch to a paw, they still fall off after two days (at best), then must be re-applied. This is particularly true if the dog spends anytime outside.Original Review:Purchased these for my aging male Great Dane. His bare paws slip around a lot on the hardwood floors, and thought these pads might help.They arrived today. Immediately they lose a star for:1) There were no instructions so I just had to wing it based on comments and reviews from others here on Amazon. OK, so I can figure out how to put them on, but . . .2) even the XXXL size is way to small for my Great Dane’s paws. To be fair, at 190 lbs he is way over the 80+ lb rating of the XXXL size guideline, but that’s as large as they come. So order I did.To make them fit I had to cut them into individual pads for the 4 pads on my dag’s paw. So instead of 1 adhesive paw print overlaying all 4 pads of the paw, the adhesive paw print was cut into 4 pieces and stuck to each pad separately. (hope that makes sense). I’m not sure how well they will stick this way, but it’s working so far.The good:1) My dog doesn’t seem to mind wearing these. He doesnât even pay any attention to them at all.2) They definitely help him grip the wood surface of the floor. When he goes to get, up his legs don’t splay and slip out from under him like they used to. Big thumbs up for this!I’ll come back and make updates if things change. Until then you can assume this is working for my dog.

I have a 86lb 13 year old chocolate lab with large paws XXL fits like a glove perfectly. His paw pads are also a little bit rough over the years so the stickers actually stick better to a rough surface. He normally slip slides over my laminate wood floor lately itâs gotten really bad, my groomer recommended these and they are seriously life changing for him. My only complaint is that the front paws adhesive wear out fast. I live in very cold and wet eastern Canada and they donât last very long in the snow or rain. I usually replace front paw stickers every 2-3 days and back paws last about a week, which isnât bad. Honestly worth the money with the improvements ive seen. He doesnât try to pick them off either. A must have to senior dogs.
