Nice, but the black frame around ID blocks ID info
Too much black trim makes it so you have to pull ID out to be read. Since I bought it for the window to see the ID, I gave it lower review of 3 stars Otherwise it’s made well. Just disappointing that much of ID is covered.

The pouch is good. I Like the zipper part where I can put one of those flat hand sanitizers, and other items. The clear plastic slot holds the Service Dog info card well. I thought the clear plastic window was a cut out in the pouch but it is outside the pouch. It will serve it’s purpose.
