Best mattress for your bundle of joy
Our son has been taking naps in his crib since we brought him home from the hospital. He loves it! It came with a waterproof cover for the mattress and washed well after getting breast milk spit up on it too. I highly recommend this mattress it is nice and firm but isnât too hard that your baby is uncomfortable! Fit in our standard crib perfectly!

Not as organic as you think
It seems as if anything will pass as âorganicâ these days. Not sure how thatâs the case when the product is made of 40% non-organic materials, such as PLA and Polyethylene foam, which off-gas VOCs. Not only is it terribly misleading/false advertising, itâs also grossly overvalued for what you actually get (price range of an ADULT mattress) not to mention the fact that itâs so inflexible/rigid, you have to take the entire mattress out just to change the organic crib sheet. Buyer beware!

Love the quality of this mattress. Much better quality than I expected and I felt that the price was reasonable given some discounts and the competition. We also get peace of mind knowing that the mattress is certified organic and I think itâs well worth the cost when the mattress can be flipped and used into the toddler years.

Firm mattress
We have had this mattress for several months for our eight month old baby. We are very happy with how well itâs holding up compared to our previous mattress (different brand) that had developed a dent in the middle. The mattress is firm and our daughter seems comfortable. I donât know about its claims of breathability scientifically, but our baby learned to roll over at four months and this mattress certainly made me feel better about her sleep.One negative was the smell it had when it arrived. We washed the cover (washability is very important for me) but it continued to have a smell. I donât know if it was the coating or the cotton. We aired it out, but the smell persisted for a couple of weeks. Itâs long gone now. If youâre still pregnant, Iâd suggest getting the mattress sooner rather than later so you have time to air it out.

We bought this mattress to replace a similar one which was ruined when our basement flooded. I really like the breathable mesh cover that comes off for washing, and the waterproof mattress. I think itâs worth the extra money to know baby is safe for all those hours they sleep!
