I like that the case has unattached carrier so I donât have to roll it every time I use it. I used it for my two under 5 pound pups and two months later itâs too small for both pups, but will easily fit one at 7-8 pounds.

OK enough
I purchased this for my 15 lb shitzu and even tho it’s snug he can turn around just enough. My biggest issue is the wheels.. the maneuver fine but once you get on the plane to go to pop the wheels off so you can fit it underneath the seat in front of you, there is not enough room for you to remove the wheels. If you have hand mobility issues like arthritis, it’s very difficult to reach the little release buttons to then pop the wheel off or on. If they would improve this, for the price, it would be better.

fantastic product
I traveled on a flight with my new dachshund. Our day was rough with several delays, lasting 10 hours. My pet was comfortable during the whole time. It fits under the seat well. Having the wheels added to our ease of bringing her on the plane and through the airport. It is well made, easy to put together and features storage for bags,treats etc. I would highly recommend this product. I can take her to events in it now which makes it fun to use.

This is absolutely wonderful for traveling with my cat. He is pretty obedient, so he will go right in. Now we just use it to take him on a walk around the block. The wheels go over rough terrain. Very happy with this!!!

Incorrect dimensions
I purchased this pet carrier, excited because it fit the dimensions for the airlines and it had wheels to pull our cat around. UNFORTUNATELY, the dimensions were incorrect. The length is 15 inches instead of the 18 inches as described in the description of the item and will not fit our cat. Also the bag did slightly sag on one side when not zipped.

Size is NOT as advertised! Too Small!
I am VERY disappointed in the size of the product. It is NOT as advertised. This is the most important reason to buy a carrier, to make sure you have one that is the right size for your animal.I bought this to transport a 6 month old rat terrier via airplane. He is only 7 lbs but 11″ tall. I loved the idea of being able to wheel it around the airport without having to carry it and jostle the pup around.It states that it is in accordance with airline travel size. It is described as 18″ long, 11″ wide and 11″ tall. This is NOT true, not even close! The crate measures 15″ long, 11″ wide and 9″ high.The padding in the bottom is very cheap and thin. Even if I took it out completely, the highest it would measure is 9.5″. I am so disappointed. I have one week until my trip to find a carrier that is airline compliant and the actual 18″ x 11″ x 11″, something I can actually use!The only reason I did not give this a 1 star is because I like the ease of how it all goes together and how easy it is to take the bottom frame with the wheels off. It is a little flimsy when unzipped though, and not sturdy.This will be sent back, ASAP!Kudos to shipping. It was super fast and care was taken to get it to my home.

Great & good size for flight
This really was a godsend. I had ordered a different one previously and it wouldâve been way too big to fit under the seat in front of me on the allegiant airline flight. Iâm glad I ordered this smaller one. Of course my dog is small!! easy to put on and off the wheel base
