Needed extra set for medela swing maxi
The medela swing maxi only comes with 21 and 24 mm, neither of which worked for me. I thought pumping was just a super painful chore that I had to endure. Turns out, the phalanges were too small. Fortunately, the hospital gave me a set of 27 mm, and they were so much more comfortable. I bought this set as extras to go with the extra set of connectors I purchased, so I don’t have to be doing dishes every time I pump. These work well with the medela swing maxi connectors.

I guess i didn’t get my actual size cause it was not comfortable. make sure you measure yourself before getting. I got 18mm instead of 20mm

Fit well, true to size
These fit my spectra pump well and they are true to size! Just as comfortable as the flanges that came with the pump. They are a little hard to clean since milk gets in the crevices somehow, so I soak them in soapy hot water to clean them.

I like how I can purchase additional pieces for my current pump, better yet ones that help me pump more for my baby. This attachment fits my Medela pump.
