Way too small
Iâm not trying to be rude but I have no idea what German Shepherd they know that would fit in this boot. Whatâs funny is the width does match but in practice when on it slowly slips off and within 10 minutes itâs almost off all the way. My German shepherd is only 10 months old – I cannot imagine any full grown German shepherd or larger breed ever fitting this.

It would be adorably small if I had been expecting a small. Since I was expecting a boot to fit my pupâs 2.2inch paw (plus bandages), itâs annoyingly small. Unsure what exactly theyâre measuring when they say it fits a 2.5-3â paw width. I measured the actual boot, and the sole is only about 2â wide. I included a pic. I tried it anyway, and couldnât help but laugh. There was zero change my pupâs foot would fit in there lol. So unfortunately I canât review much else about it except for the size.It is soft and flexible, and the sole seems sturdy enough. If it were the right size, the way it unwraps leadâs me to believe it would be quick and easy to put on and take off. To me, it doesnât look a whole lot like the picture. It kind of looks like itâs made for a hoof more than a paw lol. Itâs easier to see in the pic than it is for me to explain. The price is nice compared to some other boots Iâve gotten in the past. So itâs worth returning it and purchasing a larger size to try again. I may update my review then, if I can get the darn thing on my boyâs paw.

Size Up – Considering Swelling on injury.
Purchased this for my lab mix – she had foot surgery. Overall, the boot works, I measured and used the size chart, ordered a large, did not fit well, on the smaller side of fitting. The paw she had surgery on is swelled up, so take this into consideration when ordering. That being said, it still was a smaller fit for her good paw. I am ordering an extra large.

Doesn’t stay on
Inside of boot has thick, sharp edged seam inside perimeter of foot, although exterior finished seam looks nice. Good velcro idea for wrapping, but runs very small and won’t stay on. Tried two sizes. Cat had it off in 30 seconds. Ended up taking it apart and turning seam around foot to the outside, and machine sewing it so it wouldn’t hurt the foot inside. Might work on a dog foot, but definitely not on a cat.

Ended up returning because I thought I was buying a set of 4. This seems to be made to cover a paw that is injured. It was very high quality and seemed very easy to put on. The fit was such that it would stay on the paw. A bit expensive since it as just one but if you were worried about paw health, it would definitely work.

Perfect solution for sore paw!
I am really impressed with the quality. I bought it primarily because it talked about having the microban in the fabric. I prefer microban in the sleeves I wear for my elbow tendinitis. It was easy to put on his paw, especially compared to some of the other boots on the market. Sizing was as mentioned on the website.
