Perfect for tummy time
We use these high contrast books during our little oneâs tummy time. He loves to look at the pictures as I turn the pages. It keeps him engaged so he doesnât mind being on his tummy for longer periods. Love these books so much!

A Great Gift for Newborn Babies!
I purchased this set of high contrast board books for my daughter who recently had her first child. She would hold the book about 8 inches from her babyâs face. She would then very slowly move the book from side to side and up and down. Her baby actually focused on the shapes and patterns. She would follow the movements with her eyes. It was quite amazing to watch. I highly recommend. This would make a great gift for anyone with a newborn baby.

Cute for really young infants
These books are good because of the high contrast images of black and white since thatâs what developing baby eyes can see the most clearly. However, there is no story to these books, just unrelated statements on each page. It makes reading to the child kind of mundane so I believe these are best to just flip through visually with a young baby 0-2 months who doesnât understand what youâre reading anyway but could benefit from a close up of the contrast photos. Also, the sports book didnât have any words, just images, and thatâs the one my husband was excited to ready to our baby the most.
