Comfy and simple milk catcher
This milk catcher is a no brainer for every nursing mom and should be a staple to anyone who does not want any liquid gold to goto waste. I used a haaka for my first baby, and while it did the job of catching, it was bulky and falling off constantly. The Boon milk catcher is discrete and comfortably fits inside your bra while nursing your babe on the other side. I was amazed that I was catching 3 ounces that would otherwise had been soaked into my bra or nursing pad. 100% recommend.

New mom must have
This is the perfect solution to put on and use while nursing to catch the milk from opposite side!It has helped keep milk supply even.I have the Haaka brand of these and prefer these over the haaka ten times! I would use the haaka version and never catch anything, but these seemed to stay on better for me and i would get anywhere from 1-4 oz while i nursed my baby.

WHY it met my needs!
My âsituationâ and âwhyâ I needed this. You can skip down to to my âwhyâ if you want.Situation- Iâm an exclusive breastfeeding mama. Let me tell ya⦠I have some serious forceful letdowns. To prevent my new baby from gulping and choking on my milk I primarily side lay to feed at home and when weâre out I layback feed baby in the car or on friendâs or familyâs couch. The side that baby is not being fed when feeding baby always squirts. Especially when Iâm having these letdowns. Iâve drenched many pads, leaked through clothing and have had to stuff a burp cloth in my shirt to soak up the milk. Why (and pros) – Well there are SEVERAL of reasons why I am so thankful for this product!1. Again, I primarily side-lay to feed my baby. The Hakka suction cannot withhold my milk when I am laying sideways. Itâd pop off if I tried laying with it. Also my babyâs reflexes kicks it off when simply sitting up.2. I am thankful for this milk catcher to be a passive âsuction.â I donât need my milk jugs being actively suctioned when my baby is going to be feeding on of both side. I just need the squirts/dribbles captured to save me from being wet and messy. (Plus I can store the extra in the freezer for mixing in with my babyâs food when baby is ready for that).3. Iâve read that other milk catching cups have vented holes and would leak if you were to lay down with it. This cup doesnât have a venting hole so my milk is protected inside until Iâm done feeding my baby and can store it away. It the cup can âstandâ on the table when youâre not ready to put the milk away immediately. And when you do transfer the milk, itâs suuuper easy to pour it into a milk bag.4. I bought 2 so that I can rotate in the mid of night, less need to wash often. Also if weâre out and baby isnât ready to feed yet and my letdowns are coming on, I just pop them into my nursing bra and boom! More milk for storage and no messy-wet shirt!5. I appreciate the travel bag that it comes with.6. Itâs silicone and safe. I donât have to worry about plastic overheating or melting when I boil to sterilize. Iâm honestly not familiar with boiling plastic bottles and such because I havenât needed to bottle feed my baby yet. Iâll get to learning about that if or when I need to pump.7. I bought this because of another momâs testimony on side laying to feed her baby and this worked for her so I took her word on it, as I was getting desperate. So credit goes to her for sharing! If youâre reading this and have the same/similar situation, donât hesitate⦠buy it today.Cons-1. Because itâs silicone, it will attract some lint/dust. So far it hasnât attracted any on the inside of the reservoir or the chute, just the outer part of the shell. I think this just happens when my house it too dry and staticky! And right after itâs been sterilized. However after regular washings the dust/lint issue is very minimal.2. The shape of this cup (top half) doesnât look stealth at all. But for me, I could care less. If youâre trying to be in stealth mode in public, you may want to maybe apply a bra pad or something on top of the shell.3. Thereâs not a âstopperâ on these cups if youâre trying to temporarily store your milk. This isnât a con for me personally. If anything itâs a pro because it keeps the cup lighter and simple. I just bring my storage bags with me and take care of it right away, rinse my cup with a bottle of water and put away my cup.All in all I give this a 5 star because it suits my needs. I hope this is helpful for you mommies/donors out there! Happy feeding!

Must Have to Collect All of Mamas Milk!
I am highly impressed with this little thing! Iâm 2 weeks out before returning to work so I needed to start collecting milk for my family to feed my little guy and this thing is a life saver. I had the traditional Haaka but my little guy kept kicking it off. This is more compact and suctions to your breast so it makes collection simple and easy to tuck in your bra if you need to. I also like that itâs easier to pour into the milk storage bag. I wish I ordered two in order to rotate when one needs cleaning. I highly recommend this little gadget! Must have for all BF mamas!

Great for collecting leakage, but uncomfortable as a manual pump
These were great for passively collecting leakage, especially during the first two months when my supply was regulating and I’d leak profusely on the side baby wasn’t nursing on. I once collected 5 oz during a feed! They attach well and the suction keeps them attached with minimal bra support, and they can be tucked into a bra under a shirt. They’re reasonably comfortable if being used for passive collection of leaks (way more comfortable than engorged breasts!). However, as a pump, these really hurt my nipples because the suction causes them to pinch. Once my supply regulated and I stopped leaking heavily, I stopped using them in favor of a more comfortable manual pump or electric pump.

Discrete and easy pour
I love these, bought because they were cheaper than the lady bugs, but I ended up liking them much more than the ladybugs! They are honey and I forget I even have them on half the time

Ehhh
After reading reviews I decided to buy this. I already had a haaka and have been using that to collect milk but thought this might work better since it can stay tucked in my bra. However, with the haaka I can usually get at least 2 ounces each time, with this I get barely an ounce and thatâs even with creating more suction every so often.

Better than the haaka
I received this a few days ago, and have used it for most daytime feedings on one side while nursing from the other. I LOVE IT. It’s gentler than my haaka, I’m collecting the same amount plus some, my boob isn’t hanging out, and it’s not getting kicked off by baby on the other side.Buy it.

Comfortable, easy to put on, one press last whole feed time. Easy to clean, light. Can stand with milk in it.Elvie one is not as comfortable, two parts to clean, heavier, need to keep pressing multiple times during feed, collects less milk, and when putting milk thereâs this release top bit where milk catches which isnât the best design.Overall Ben Troove is top ðð»

I can get as much output as my electric pump but so much easier to use.
