I purchased these blocks for my granddaughter. I let her pick out the blocks she wanted. She chose these because they were pretty in the picture. In person they are gorgeous! I ordered these 2 days ago and they came this morning! I think that is awesome!

Large set of pastel building blocks
One of my kids loves building blocks, and she also loves pastels, so when I came across this set, I knew she’d love it — and she does.The blocks are well-made with a smooth finish. They seem like they’ll hold up well, even after inevitably being stacked up and falling down a number of times haha. They seem to be a standard size, because they’re the same size as her other blocks, including one set from a major brand. She likes that there are some unique shapes in the set, which opens a window to more creativity for her!The back of the box has a list of how many blocks of each color it’s meant to have. I noticed that there were a couple of times where the count for each color varied slightly, but the count for each shape was correct — like in one case there were supposed to be 2 purple and 4 yellow, but instead it had 4 purple and 2 yellow. Since the count for the shape was correct, I don’t have a problem with this, but I thought I’d mention it in case it might affect anyone’s decision on whether this is the right set for them.

That’s a lot of blocks!
The first picture shows how they arrive, in a thin but serviceable carrying back with a cinch. The second is a selection of blocks showing the colors and a few of the shapes.My granddaughter loves building, but she’s too young for Legos, and doesn’t really do great with her brother’s Duplos. But these should be right up her alley!These are quite nice! They’re made of real wood, and have a bit of heft to them. The colors are vibrant, and there’s a nice selection of shapes and sizes. There are enough here to keep a two year old occupied for hours! Definitely a good value, and my granddaughter is going to love them!

POORLY MADE!
I WOULD SAY THEY ARE MORE SUITABLE FOR A 5-7 YEAR OLD CHILD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE BUILDING BLOCKS FOR ANY CHILD THAT IS STILL PUTTING THINGS IN THEIR MOUTHS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FINISHED PROPERLY! I’M LEGALLY BLIND AND EVEN I COULD SEE THAT SOME OF THE BLOCKS WERE SHOWING CRACKS IN THE WOOD. THIS IS A VERY HEFTY SET OF BUILDING BLOCKS, I DARN NEAR POPPED MY BACK OUT OF PLACE LIFTING THE BOX.I’M AFRAID THAT FOR THE 3+ YEAR OLD CHILDREN THEY ARE NOT A GOOD DEAL. I DO LIKE THAT THEY INCLUDE A FEW BUILDING IDEA MANUALS AND A HANDY STORAGE BAG BUT THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL IS SUPER THIN AND I CAN NOT SEE IS STANDING THE TEST OF TIME!I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THESE BUILDING BLOCKS!

Beautiful Colors, Smaller than Expected
As a first-time parent, I was so excited to order these blocks, from everything I’ve read blocks are a playroom must. I loved the colors these portrayed online, bright, fun, and lively! When they arrived the colors matched (which is not always the case). However, I was a little concerned when the packaged kept being delayed; it arrived about 3 weeks later than anticipated. When the package finally arrived the box was damaged and appeared to be missing a lid. The blocks came in a nice canvas bag with a drawstring, but the close piece was missing. Not sure if we got a returned item, but it was surprising.The blocks themselves are honestly smaller than I anticipated. My 18-month-old enjoyed playing with them, but we will put them away until she finishes the “putting things in her mouth phase”. Some of the pieces are smaller and could get stuck in a child’s mouth. Lastly, a few blocks appeared to be cracking/ breaking which is concerning since they are supposed to be brand new. I know wood splits, but I would hate for them to break and my child ingest the broken pieces.

Wooden blocks with nice variety of shapes and colors
A relative who works in Pediatrics requested the VigorFun Set for the children’s play area in her clinic. She said these are excellent building blocks with great variety in shape and colors. She sees endless possibilities for children to stay occupied building with these blocks. The storage bag closes with a toggle to make cleanup easier.
