Poor quality plastic (update)
Update in this issue:I reached out to the seller and sent me a replacement. The whole process was as easy and quick, the replacement arrived within 3 days. 5 stars for customer support. I am updating the rating for this product. I still feel that the plastic is not the best quality (hence no 5 stars), but the support takes care of you!This product did not last 5 months. The plastic used to make the mixer jar is cheap, started leaking in 5 months. It worked well for this short span, we used this daily and made sure it was handled with care. We have never dropped the jar, but the seam/parting line of the plastic has come apart. It is impossible to use this item now, we will be trashing it. What a waste.

Cracks and grows mold
Really disappointed in this product and Amazon at this point. Purchased in July and noticed the container that hold the food to steam was cracked on the bottom in September. I only used it 1-2 times a week and followed the cleaning instructions. After noticing the crack in the container I realized that the liquid was leaking out on the bottom and causing mold to grow in the recessed area on the bottom of machine. I contacted Amazon as I was outside of the return window and initially was told they would email me labels to return. When those were never sent I called back to be told that the rep that told me that was incorrect and they would email the seller to contact me about a replacement or a reimbursement. I was never contacted by the seller.For this to crap out after 2 months of use is ridiculous and for there to be no communication from the seller and the poor job on amazons part of providing assistance was all around extremely disappointing.

I absolutely love this All in 1 Baby Food Maker! As a new mom, I wanted to make my own healthy purees for my baby rather than rely solely on store-bought.
