Summertime Grooming for Long Hair Cats
I have a Siberian cat who loves to walk around the backyard and pick up leaves, dirt and the occasional small bug in her path. Her hair is so long it’s inevitable, she’s like a streetsweeper. There is no point in taking her to the groomer, as she gets dirty the next day when I let her out, but I am constantly brushing her and trying to keep ahead of matting.I was looking for something that would take out some of her hair as I combed. She gets spooked by scissors or any kind of razor that makes noise. I found this perfect tool and couldn’t be happier. It has a razor-like comb that takes out a good bit of the loose, and needs-to-go hair. If there is the start of matting, it gets it out right away also. The flip side of the comb cleans up the loose hairs nicely after brushing with the large side. This isn’t the tool for you if you aren’t looking to get rid of some excess Summer hair, but if you are, this is the one!

Really Works!ð
After getting our newly adopted Australian shepherd, and after 2 different groomers cut his coat, we were constantly vacuuming up hair around the house. His coat is so thick and he doesnât like anyone brushing him. I bought one brush but it didnât work too well. I saw this grooming rake and bought it. It arrived today and I took my dog out on the back deck to groom him with this. I am quite amazed at how much fur it got off my dog. Heâs pounds lighter and lost a lot of fur that should have been removed by the other owners and the two groomers. It works beautifully. You can tell by the amount of fur in the basket how well it works. His coat is shiny and feels amazingly soft. Iâm glad I didnât brush him inside the house as there was fur flying all over the deck. Thanks for a well-made product.

Amazing!
Really helps get the shed off of my Aussie ACD mix. Never realized how much stuck undercoat he had until I started to use thisHeâs also pretty picky with his brushes, so I am happy to report he tolerates this one very well! Would recommend

I love this brush
Find myself always wanting to brush the dog because it’s so satisfying. I have a husky mix and a Maine coon and the amount of hair it removes is amazing! I feel like I’m making cotton candy with the cat. With the dog, it’s like a hairnado. My front yard looks like it snowed. This brush is amazing. I keep it by my front door because I always want to use it. I’m surprised the dog still has hair. Lol! And she seems to really enjoy it.

Game changer!
I have two dogs, both with double coats, but different kinds of double coats.Until I used this rake, I had no idea exactly how much undercoat had built up on my Golden mix. It pulled out all that old growth without yanking on her fine, delicate overcoat. She’d been having some skin issues, which are now clearing up.My other dog is a Husky mix. ‘Nuff said, right? I raked out enough undercoat to make a third dog, avoiding the quarterly “undercoat blow” where it all drops at once. She serenaded me with the song of her people the entire time.Definitely recommend.
